Great place in great location

Pros: Excellent apartment, great location - great communication throughout!

A place in Cadiz olt town that is amazing and has a reasonable price level

Pros: This was one of my highlights during my 2,5 month trip in Spain. My 85yr old mother was with me and this appartment was perfect in terms of accessibility, just a short stairs at the entrance. Although very central & very close to the best beach in old town, it was super quiet. Stepping out the door you have a couple of Restaurants, even some very good options. Everything was super spacious and comfortable, there was decent light, it was not hot even not using the AC, I could perfectly do remote teleworking with the large table and wifi. We both loved to stay there. The price was not overly high in comparison to average prices at that time, and I hope it will stay like this... Parking with my BMW1 was doable, and the 1 week I was there I did not use the car since we could do all in walking distance. Being able to transport my extensive baggage straight from the parking to the appartment was increadibly amazing.

Cons: Communication was fine but the trend to agencies with their modern professional commercial communication style is worrying for me, because as half spanish I am worried about disappearing traditional values. Also the trend to high prices in Cadiz city is something I do not want to promote.

Pros: The location is outstanding — right next to the beach and perfect for exploring Cádiz on foot. The street just around the corner is lively, with plenty of great places to eat. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. The apartment looks exactly like the photos: modern and nicely furnished. The host was extremely helpful and explained everything step by step via WhatsApp, using both photos and videos. Communication was excellent. There is a private garage, but we couldn’t use it as our BMW 3 Series (320) didn’t fit. However, there’s an open parking lot nearby where you can park for around €15 per day. If you’re planning to rent this place, keep your car’s size in mind.

Cons: It was uncomfortable to have ants at home, especially in the kitchen. There was a heavy smell from the bathroom from time to time.

Pros: Great apartment and lovely host. Highly recommended!

Modern flat perfect for city sightseeing

Cons: One towel was dirty, when white towels are provided more attention to cleanness is required. Very small parking place, no warning in announcement and hard to park in the neighbourhood. We managed to park but can be an issue for a bigger one, like standard sedan.

Decent location, Cádiz has a lot to offer, but you need a good sense of direction.

Pros: Good location for the city and also the sea front. Plenty of local facilities available if you don’t want to head back into the city.

Cons: Only one set of keys.

Excellent

Pros: Location superb. On a road near some of the best restaurants etc but not noisy at night. Useful underground parking available at an extra cost (well worth it). Clean. Most things easy to find. Biggish apartment. Would highly recommended.

Cons: A tea towel would have been useful

Perfect position, great city to explore. Parking secure

Pros: No breakfast provided but plenty of cafes and restaurants within a very short distance

Cons: The accommodation was perfect…the parking was very tight but secure. No complaints
