Pros: Good location, spacious and clean apartment. In the heart of the old part of the city, close to all the major attractions.

Cons: The garage and elevator for the car were designed mainly for smaller cars. On the roof of the same object is a compressor from a nearby store and is very noisy at night.

Perfect apartment for long and short visits

Pros: Very comfortable, modern, pet-friendly, and fully equipped apartment, in the heart of La Viña. Walking distance to all main attractions and 5 minutes away from la Caleta Beach. Free parking in the building (entrance by the lift) was a lifesaver. We found it very difficult to find parking slots in the neighbourhood (in December!). The Cádiz Team is responsive and communicative, self-check in was smooth and intuitive. We loved it and definitely recommend the place!

Cons: It's a bit dark as all the windows face internal patio, and quite late check-in (16:00)

Pros: The keys were in the apartment and the door was accessed by Bluetooth. You need to put an app on your phone.

Pros: La ubicación y limpieza. Claudia, ,la chica que se encargó por teléfono de todo, genial.

Cons: Apertura de puertas con aplicación, no me gustó nada. Pero se pudo subsanar. Aunque si te pasa algo con el móvil porque te quedes sin batería o se te pierda estás vendido.

Pros: Un apartamento acogedor, en el centro y cerca de todo lo necesario. El aparcamiento incluido en el mismo edificio es un plus. Los anfitriones amables y con muy buena comunicación.

Volvería sin dudarlo

Pros: Todo bien el parking es esencial en este lugar .Esta cerca de todo tienes un supermercado debajo del apartamento y muchos bares pero sin ruidos para descansar un acierto

Cons: Falta de limpieza en la cama deberían de limpiar mejor la cama algunos pelos por lo demás la limpieza bien

Pros: Posizione in centro, parcheggio sotto l' appartamento, ampiezza e pulizia struttura

Pros: Todo en el apartamento estuvo muy bien , todo lo necesario y aún más. Muy limpio , bien ubicado.

Cons: El estacionamiento ; solo un mini cuper puede estacionar allí. A quien se le ocurre poner el filtro general del aire acondicionado en el sitio de estacionar el auto , dejando solo 1metro 50cm de altura libre !!!!! No automóvil normal puede estacionar allí. Por lo demás, todo bien .

Pros: Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo para ir caminando (restaurantes, supermercado, playa de la Caleta, catedral, etc). Plaza de garaje en el mismo bloque. Aire acondicionado en toda la vivienda.

Cons: La limpieza debería mejorar, había pelos en el baño y en la habitación. La cama cruje al menor movimiento. Hay poca luz natural por dar todas las ventanas al patio interior.

Pros: Ubicación muy buena, limpio, amplío, parking propio, moderno.

Cons: Todo bien, la almohada algo baja y la entrada al apartamento un poco tarde. En general bastante bien, recomendable.
