Definitely recommend!

Pros: Very hospitable hosts. Excellent communication. The apartment has everything you need. Quiet. Great location next to the ocean. Everything is within walking distance.

Great location, biju and nearly perfectly formed, test your driving skills

Pros: Location, helpful staff, good kitchenette. Inside parking which tested my police trained advance driving to the limit, so good luck with that... Small but perfectly formed. Value good for location ..

Cons: Taped up furniture, a bit on the small side.

Estudio Alamedia

Pros: The location of the studio apartment to Cadiz old town was excellent.

Cons: Having to pay €9 euros a day for using the apartments underground parking space. Also, the photos of the apartment include a view from what appears to be an external terrace/ balcony overlooking the sea. The apartment does not have a sea view, so it is a bit disingenuous. Pic attached used to advertise the apartment. There is no sea view from the apartment.

Excellent location

Pros: Close proximity to the old town and the water front. A small studio with all the necessary facilities. Quiet, bed ok. A lovely and very helpful hostess.

Cons: There seems to be a musty smell coming out of the bathroom at night due to lack of ventilation. The pans and kettle probably need to be replaced.

Pros: Great location, the owner speaks English, which is not common in Spain.

Perfect studio close to old town

Pros: Great little studio with an excellent location to the old town. Very helpful host.

Cons: The fact that the apartment did not have any views of the street, windows only on the interior courtyard. But since we were out a lot, we did not mind.

Good price-quality

Pros: Bathroom was very good and great appliances, microwave, fridge, washer / dryer. A good amount of kitchenware.

Cons: There was no table to sit, only a desk and a low coffee table. I think the room is large enough to hold a small dining set table with 1 or 2 chairs to sit more comfortably to eat breakfast or use a laptop. Room could use some maintenance, some things show signs of wear and tear.

Great location and lovely host

Pros: A very nice location near the water, with private parking (you need to pay). The host was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: The apartment was pretty small, although they used lots of space saving ideas to make sure it was functional.

Enjoyable.

Pros: Well equipped, convenient, ideal for exploring Cadiz. Host very helpful and efficient.

Pros: I liked the location of the apartment. It was off the road and could hardly hear any noise from vehicles passing by. The apartment was clean and quiet and Teresa was awesome in getting the apartment ready well before the check - in time. I made it known to her that the apartment meets my expectation and that I will visit again.

Cons: Just a piece of advice :to have the password of the WIFi printed on a piece of paper and stick to wall or near the WiFi rather than turn the ethernet router over to find it Also, sheets for duvet and the bed. It is not a criticism. I probably didn't find them
