quiet, picturesque location in old city with 15 min walk to swimming beach and restaurants close by. clean and sunny.

Pros: great, nicely furnished and good location by coastal walk

Cons: difficult to find the address at first and then tricky to use key app first time. good after that.

Pros: Very nice little apartment. In a convenient location. Very clean. Liked the fact that we had a washing machine in the apartment. Also a nice touch was the new sponge & cloth in a set, all sealed for a new booking.

Cons: Parking a little further away, so had to drag suitcases. It's actually possible to park outside apartment to drop off suitcases, then drive to the parking garage, much easier and more convenient. First wasn't very clear which building it was so that could've been explained a little better for arrival.

Pros: This is a lovely property. Spacious, clean and in a fantastic location!

Pros: Excelent support from Violeta, she check on you if you arrive or have problem, the communication is rapid and easy. big plus

Pros: Located 15 minutes walk from the train station, plenty of bars and restaurants with in 2 minutes walk, a beautifully park with lots of trees with in 4 minutes walk. The studio is very well presented, I tried the A/C and the room becomes cool in no time, there was absolutely no noise at night. the bed is firm. the shower is powerfull, outstanding value for money, I'll certainly return if I'm ever in Cadiz again

Great place close to the ocean

Pros: It was very comfortable and very well equiped apartment. We could see the ocean from the gate of the building, it was only a few steps away. We cooked in the kitchen and it was very good. The bed is wide and comfortable, we slept well. It was better than expected, this apartment is highly recommended. We are very grateful and we would be delighted to come back again!

Cons: There was nothing that we could complain about. Everything was really nice.

Alojamiento estupendo en pleno centro sin ruidos ni suciedad en Carnaval

Pros: Situado en la mejor zona del casco antiguo. Ausencia total de ruido, a pesar de estar en Carnaval (el estudio es interior, pero luminoso). Ubicación perfecta, salías de las calles con olor a cuadra (por la suciedad, en la noche) y llegabas en cinco minutos a lugar limpio, seco y silencioso. Estudio pequeño pero muy bién distribuido, cocina completa con gran frigorífico, baño con ducha amplia. Atención de la empresa que gestiona el apartamento excelente.

Cons: El acceso puede ser complicado. En nuestro caso la app que abría el apto no lo abría, así que tuvimos que llamar y nos dieron un código, a teclear en el pomo de la puerta. Dentro había la llave física de la puerta del adificio. Todo esto se solventó rápidamente pues respondieron enseguida. Al dia siguiente recibimos un mensaje interesándose por nuestro grado de satisfacción del alojamiento. Muy profesionales e implicados en la calidad del servicio

Piękny apartament w malowniczej części miasta

Pros: Spędziliśmy z partnerem 5 dni w tym miejscu i to był wspaniały czas. Apartament jest bardzo przestronny, i dosyć jasny. Wyposażenie kuchni zawiera dużo urządzeń i artykułów pomocnych w gotowaniu. Na początku mieliśmy mały problem z korzystaniem z aplikacji umożliwiającej wejście do budynku, ale obsługa szybko nam pomogła i wystała instrukcje. Personel był bardzo mocny i czuliśmy się bardzo zaaplikowani. Bardzo polecamy to miejsce!

Pros: Bien situado, limpio y muy bien equipado. Buena comunicación con Violeta, excelente atención.
