Relaxing, quiet and priced well for the size
Pros: We loved this apartment very comfortable with a great balcony to enjoy the gorgeous Cádiz weather, well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.
Cons: A drying rack for clothes would have been handy

Beautiful Stay in a Nice Neighborhood
Pros: Staying at this property positively impacted our overall experience in Cadiz. The flat was full of light, well laid out, and perfect for a family with a teenager. We all enjoyed the terrace that made it feel like you were connected to some of the most beautiful aspects of Cadiz - the ocean and the special parkspace on the edge of the city. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Having two bathrooms and a clean, well stocked kitchen made such a difference.
Cons: Picking up keys at the rental office was a little inconvenient, however, the staff was very pleasant and spent time guiding us through the somewhat unfamiliar system of getting into the garage.

Good location, check in not smooth
Pros: Easy to walk into the old town or get the bus from just outside of the apartment
Cons: Check in, finding the office to get the key, finding a parking place near the office. Then finding the property down Narrow streets, too tight to turn into carpark so had to reverse in. When we collected the key we were told what floor and number of apartment shown picture of garage entrance, however it would of been useful if they could also of told us what floor car park space was and bay number. They did send a video before we left however we had been travelling. Once you are in the car lift there is no signal , so when you watch the video write down key points AND ensure you get in the right lift after parking the car or you could end up in building 11.

Lovely, bright apartment in great neighborhood.
Pros: Great apartment filled with natural light on the top floor of a residential building in a really nice neighborhood. Spacious balcony with sea views, although nearest beach is about ten minutes walk. Only a short walk to the centre of the old town but plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Plaza Mina at the end of the street is always full of life in the evenings. Good communication with the staff in the office where we collected the key. We had a lovely time here and would definitely come back.
Cons: The huge sunshade on the balcony moved quite a bit in the breeze so we were a bit worried about using it, a smaller one might be better or even an awning.

High quality apartment with great access to town
Pros: Very good location for town activities and excellent terrace for dining and lounging
Cons: Yes there is free parking but it is via a lift and requires expert manoeuvres to park. Only works with a SMALL car.

Super apartment in a wonderful Spanish city by the sea
Pros: Perfect location , well equipped property, spacious, lovely view.helpful staff at Cadiz rentals.
Cons: Only a tiny car ( eg std Ford Focus )can easily make the turn into the parking elevator and actually fit in the space. We got a Volvo xc40 in but it was so stressful and difficult we moved to a local underground parking which was great but cost 15 euro a day

Super schönes Appertment ideal für 3 oder 4 Personen
Pros: Wir hatten das Appartement V12. Das ist herausragend. Ein großer Balkon mit Tisch, Stühlen und zwei Liegen, dazu noch teilweise Blick aufs Meer. Zwei Schlafzimmer und für jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und ein schönes Wohnzimmer. Die Lage ist auch super in der Altstadt.
Cons: Leider konnten wir den freien Parkplatz nicht nutzen weil unser Auto zu groß war. Wir sind nicht in den Aufzug reingekommen. Wir haben dann in der Tiefgarage unter Plaza San Antonio geparkt und das kostet 24 Euro am Tag.

Pros: El apartamento es espectacular, tanto en lo que hace referencia a su estado de conservación como al equipamiento. La terraza también es un punto fuerte, por su amplitud. Todo estaba perfecto
