Lovely stay in a beautiful apartment

Pros: This appartment was great....great location, close to everything, pleanty of restaurants, supermarkets and bars in walking distance. Very clean and comfortable. Sergio met us as arranged and was vey friendly and helpful. Lovely appartment.

Pros: Ubicación, si vas en carnaval no hay mejor enclave para verlo todo caminando de un lado a otro. No entra ruido de la calle con lo que duermes bien agusto. Tiene lavaplatos y eso es un puntazo.

Cons: Siendo un bajo con patio interior , suponemos que como en toda la ciudad la humedad hace estragos. Pero nada que no se arregle con el humificador que nos dejaron en el apartamento.

Comodidad y buena localización

Pros: La cercanía a todos los puntos de interés, y la facilidad para contactar con el equipo que lo gestiona. Todo estaba perfecto para las 4 personas que estuvimos instaladas.

Cons: Todo fue satisfactorio, no le pondría ninguna pega.

Limpio, hermoso y buen precio

Pros: La atención del equipo de la inmobiliaria. Muy especial.. el apartamento es hermoso, todo nuevo y el bastante cerca al todo.

Cons: Uy la vecina! Fue horrible la verdad, salió detrás el domiciliario para preguntarle quién era él y porque estaba allí, todo el día se la pasa en el patio pendientes de unos gatos y es horrible te vigila 24/7… enserio que es horrible..
