Very enjoyable

Pros: Yolanda made me feel like a valued guest. I loved the property, and it\\s central location in the heart of the old town.

Cons: Nothing. all good.

Pros: Two private rooftops with wonderful views. Well equipped kitchen. Cozy places to relax. Books for reading available. For us it was the best accommodation of the entire trip.

Cons: The apartment is in third floor with steep stairs. This was not issue for us (we perceived it as a good training) but could be difficult for less fit people.

Beautiful bijou space to explore wonderful Cadiz .

Pros: Everything, it was perfect for my husband and I . The outdoor space was amazing the kitchen was great as we had everything we needed . Central to a beach , shops , bars , restaurants and tourist sites . We loved it , thanks Yolanda for recommending restaurants, bars and local sites.

Cons: The stairs are steep but we thought it was good exercise and we had little luggage. The terrace space is fantastic so definitely worth the climb .

Perfect studio in Cadiz

Pros: Perfect studio apartment in the heart of the city. Beautiful terraces either side of the apartment. Equipped with everything needed for a stay. Friendly owner.

Perfect location, great value

Pros: Perfect location, close to the old town without the hustle, feels like living as a local. Really happy with the accommodation, all good regards bed, etc. given it’s an “attic”, there are a few flights of stairs involved. The best thing about this is the outdoor space, nice and quiet. Great value, highly recommend!

Pros: Great location, in the middle of the old town and also near the beach. Well kept, spacious rooftop terrace with pot plants and tables for eating outside. Well equipped kitchen. Everything very clean.

Cons: It didn't bother me, but it's up 3 steep flights of stairs and there is no lift.

Pros: The place is unique and bigger than looks in photos. Two terraces are exceptional. Basically, the whole building rooftop is at your disposal. Very neat and stylish interior.

Cons: We travelled in December, the weather was rather chilly and wet, so the insides of the house were also chilly and wet, yes, including bedsheets. And at felt like sauna when switching on the heating. Not sure if smth can be improved there, and I believe it won't be a problem for the other season. Some other practicalities - the mattress is either worn out or just too soft for our taste - bathroom door is the privacy issue I think. It feels like no door. Thanks, you can always ask your partner/friends to wait on the terrace.
