Extremely enjoyable experience
Pros: The apartment was absolutely fantastic, really well equipped with great views over Cadiz. Diego, our host was so very helpful and a great all round guy, he helped us with our bags and getting back to the train station when we left and was on hand with any queries we had during our stay. We would also like to thank Tay who also helped us with our bags. Cadiz is beautiful and well worth a visit, it was a welcome relief after the sweltering heat of Seville.

Lovely Cadiz, and a brilliantly located apartment to enjoy it from.
Pros: Excellent location, right in the middle of Cadiz, within walking distance of everything. Apartment very spacious, though the bathroom is small, but adequate. Very well equipped kitchen and the bonus of a washing machine. I’ve left some washing machine detergent and pegs for the next guests to enjoy! Some welcome store cupboard staples were in situ including tea/ coffee. Cooking oil, pasta and condiments. Convenience store located opposite.
Cons: Hints rather than criticisms of this property and location for others to be aware of. Apartment is on the 3rd floor, very steep steps to negotiate, not recommended for elderly or infirm! The terrace area is communal, outside seating is made available, but don’t leave it out overnight, or when you go out for the day, as someone packs it up and leaves it outside your door. We hired a car as we wanted to explore the area. Parking in the closest car parks cost more per day than the actual car hire did! There is an inter parking App which reduces the cost, but it seems you can only register to use it if Spanish or Romanian…..

Wonderful stay in Cadiz
Pros: The apartment is beautiful, very well decorated and very central. It has everything needed. Also it has a nice terrace with a view. Easy check-in and everything worked really well. The only thing, although not a problem for us, were the four flight of stairs to reach the apartment. A good daily physical exercise.

Pros: La verdad que me gustó todo. Para una pareja es perfecto, la verdad, está súper bien equipado con todo lo necesario, sartenes, vajilla, ropa de baño y mantas. La ubicación es perfecta, está en el corazón de Cádiz, al lado del Falla, de la Caleta, de la Plaza de San Antonio, puedes ir andando a cualquier punto del centro. Si bien el aparcamiento el Cádiz es regulero, tiene cerca varios parkings, el de San Antonio, Santa Bárbara y El Tenis
Cons: Cómo se han leído en otro comentarios, lo peor son las escaleras, pero bueno, se suben y bajan bien

Pros: En pleno centro, al lado del Mercado y de la Caleta. Espacioso, con luz y mucho confort! Se está muy a gusto y en un entorno tranquilo, ya que el pisito está en la tercera planta y no llegan los ruidos de la calle. Recomiendo todo! Dueño reactivo y muy amable

Breve ma piacevole.
Pros: È un vero appartamento ben attrezzato dove puoi vivere e cucinare senza problemi perché c’è tutto. La disponibilità del proprietario e la sua reattività per la migliore accoglienza possibile è apprezzabile.
Cons: Piaciuto meno, le 3 rampe di scale molto ripide ,l’arredamento un pò vecchiotto e il bagno esiguo.

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage, tolle Aussicht
Pros: zuverlässige Kommunikation per WhatsApp, vorab und rechtzeitig alle Informationen erhalten. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselüber und -abgabe per Schlüsseltresor. Tolle und charmante Altbauwohnung mit Terrasse über den Dächern von Cadiz. Wohnung liegt unter dem Dach im 3. Stock, Zugang ohne Aufzug. Ausstattung gut, alles da was man benötigt. Parkhaus in der Nähe (20 Std. für 19€). Supermarkt vor der Tür. Charmante Umgebung, Altstadtnähe. Entfernung zum Meer ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg.

Pros: Todo genial súper tranquilo, cómodo, muy bien decorado, espacioso y silencioso. Y todo muy cerca.
Cons: Muchas escaleras para subir, lo tenia asumido y para mi bien, pero no es adecuado para subir maletas, personas con problemas de movilidad, o para andar, o carrito de bebé. Son muchas escaleras y muy empinadas sobre todo el último tramo.

Pros: Great location. Got a good night’s sleep. Only there one night, but would have enjoyed staying longer.
Cons: I suppose bathroom ventilation could have begun better (no window), but overall layout of apartment was quite nice.
