Pros: Spotlessly clean, had everything we could possibly need. Great space with a lovely big bathroom and bedroom, big wardrobes, smart TV, Air con, hairdryer, iron, washing detergents. Great location near the beach and centre of old town. Would definitely stay here again

An excellent apartment with all the facilities that we needed. It was clean and comfortable.

Pros: We were met by the host who showed us around the property and explained the facilities and how to use them. She was prompt and friendly. We had a set of keys each and it was clear how to access the main entrance and apartment.

Perfect apartment

Pros: Lovely bright apartment. Very clean. Lovely bathroom and large comfy bed. The building was very quiet and once the windows were closed we didn't hear any sound. Great location, in the heart of everything with a lovely market at the end of the street and a 15 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Communication with the hosts was very easy, through WhatsApp and we were met on arrival by Javier who was very friendly and told us everything we needed to know. We would definitely stay here again if we return to beautiful Cadiz.

Cons: We liked everything

Pros: The apartment was very bright and cheerful. The bed was comfortable and had a lot of pillows, which we liked a lot. At the same time, the bathroom was quite big. Javier, the one who received us, was very kind and warm, and his recommendations were extensive and precise.

Cons: Although the apartment was generally very clean, the sofa in the living room, on the other hand, not so much. Another minus was that although the apartment was located close to the beach, the streets in the center were very narrow and almost impossible to park on them, even for a short time, if you had luggage.

Perfect stay in the heart of Cádiz

Pros: -Very modern, well-equiped and comfortable apartment (my favourites are the king size bed and the high chair for babies). -I have to highlight that the staff is really professional, nice and helpful - the washing machine just broke during our stay and Javier has inspected it and help us with the laundry immediately. -We've stayed for 6 days and in the middle of our stay we got full cleaning, new bedlinen and towels - we have really appreciate this too.

Great stay

Pros: The apartment is in a great location in the old city center. All attractions are within a few minutes' walk and the shop is located in the same building. The host is very well organized, available at all times, and upon arrival he gave us all the necessary information so that we easily found our way both in the city itself and in the apartment. The apartment has everything you need and more. The apartment is perfectly clean and cozy. We are very satisfied and will come back again!

Pros: The apartment is newly renovated and stylish - very modern, in a traditional building. Everything in the apartment itself and the communal areas of the building, was immaculate, quiet and safe.

Cons: Everything was exceptional.

Excelente. El precio merece la pena por la ubicación y la calidad y servicios.

Pros: Alojamiento de calidad superior. Precio alto, a la altura de los servicios que ofrece. Totalmente equipado: frigorífico, lavavajillas, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor de agua, placa, horno, campana extractora, microondas, lavadora, plancha. También disponía de los alimentos básicos: aceite de oliva, sal, vinagre, algunas especias como pimienta y orégano, cápsulas de café, azúcar, infusiones. No disponía de dispensador de jabón ni en el lavabo ni en la ducha, pero sí de jabón líquido en miniaturas, así como pastillas de jabón. Mi reserva era de 6 noches en carnaval y realizaron limpieza y cambio de sábanas y toallas una vez a mitad de estancia (desconozco si a las 3 noches o a mitad de estancia). Proporcionaron información de la ciudad y los carnavales y mantuvimos comunicación por WhatsApp todo el tiempo que duró la estancia, hasta la salida. Repetiría, sin duda!

Cons: Por poner alguna pega, la contraventana del dormitorio es antigua, de madera y se cierra con una barra metálica con un garfio; un sistema un tanto arcaico pero que, verdaderamente, no deja pasar la luz. En el salón, en cambio, hay cortinas opacas. En ambos casos, hay persianas enrollables de madera de las que no están encastradas.
