Good location, with good support from rental company

Pros: The rental company provided clear information on how to access the property and what we need to do beforehand, they were professional and quickly answered any questions we had. The access to the property was simple and stress free and the apartment itself was clean, and had good facilities.

Pros: The area was really nice. Old town lots of restaurants and close to the water. Beautiful parks. Walkable. The apt was minimally decorated but had the necessities. Parking lots are underground and while there we had a hard time finding a spot in any lot. When we finally found one close enough to apt we parked for 38 hours and were charged 50€.

Great location, helpful host, very clean

Pros: The apartment is in a great location on a nice street. It is very secure and very quiet, you do not hear anything from the street. The place was very clean and the host lady was very helpful. For those driving there is parking close by for E25 a day. We felt the living area could have been better arranged with more comfortable seating than it currently has. The shared rooftop space was also disappointing. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and felt the property was good value for what it offers.

Practical, very clean property in the heart of Cádiz with super hosts.

Pros: Excellent location on a lovely street and right where you need to be in the Old Town. Hosts were super helpful. The property was immaculate on our arrival. Well equipped with the basics you’ll need for a stay. One of the few properties with sufficient number of beds in three separate bedrooms. Very practical. A bonus was dishwasher and washing machine and space to hang clothes outside. Not many properties have two lovely showers etc. When we needed help, the host were super responsive and friendly. I will definitely return.

Cons: Although I recommend the property without hesitation, the tiny sofa and poufs were a bit Spartan for our liking. The table dominated the space and wasn’t genuinely useful without sufficient chairs. Although the apartment comfortably sleeps 5 it will struggle to accommodate that many people sitting or eating comfortably with furniture provided in the communal area. Purely personal choice would be a selection of pillows and fitted sheets, as well as lamps in the communal area to temper the glaring blue-white main lights. Warmer lightbulbs throughout will make such a difference but I acknowledge that’s a very personal view.

The apartment was very clean, had all the amenities needed for cooking. Close to bus & train station

Pros: The location of the apartment was in walking distance to everything. I liked that this was a secured building

Pros: Totalmente recomendable en todo los aspectos. Mis amigas y yo encantadas. Limpieza,ubicación, mobiliario, descanso inmejorable. Recomendable en todos los aspectos. Volveremos seguro y lo recomendarémos.

Excelente

Pros: La ubicación excepcional, en el centro. Cafeterías para desayunar justo al salir del apartamento con unos desayunos deliciosos. El parking en la misma calle un poco más abajo, a unos 100 metros. Los apartamentos nuevos, muy bonitos, no llegamos a utilizar los electrodomésticos porque pasábamos el día fuera. Todo muy limpio. Estuvimos en todo momento el contacto por WhatsApp con la agencia. Nos mantenían al día de todos los detalles y estaban pendientes de que todo estuviera bien. Todo genial.

Appartamento centrale molto comodo

Pros: Appartamento molto bene attezzato, situato al centro storico a due passi dalle principali attrazioni di Cadice. Da consigliare.

Bonito apartamento en el centro.

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. Está en una calle peatonal cerca de todos los servicios y muy cerca de la plaza del ayuntamiento y de la catedral. Es muy bonito y está equipado con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia. Al principio pensamos que pasaríamos frío porque no había calefacción en todas las estancias, pero los dos aparatos de calefacción (uno en el salón y otro en una habitación) dan para calentar todo el apartamento. Además, había estufas extra para ponerlas en las diferentes habitaciones, con lo que no pasamos frío y nuestra estancia fue muy agradable.

Cons: No podemos opinar, ya que nos gustó todo.

Séjour superbe à Cadiz

Pros: L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal au coeur de la vieille ville. L’appartement est très confortable et au calme : il est bien équipé pour y cuisiner, confortable (eau chaude, literie, etc.) et d’une propreté impeccable. Nous avons eu du mal à faire fonctionner le chauffage (clim réversible) mais il est bien isole + chauffage d’appoint donc on a pas eu froid du tout. L’équipe est hyper disponible, nous a indiqué le parking payant qui est à 2 min. On y a passé un superbe séjour !

Cons: Tout petit moins pour la connexion wifi: on arrive pas à le capter depuis la chambre située sur la mezzanine (on a pas eu ce souci pour le reste de l’appartement).
