Beautiful apartment in quiet part of central Cadiz

Pros: Beautiful old style decor with a modern funky twist, such a gorgeous space and the location was brilliant, in the middle of the town but on a reasonably quiet side street.

Cons: It was exceptionally hot while we were there, so the air conditioning unit in the living space could not cool the whole apartment. The bedroom towards the back of the apartment was a bit uncomfortable to sleep in. There was a second portable aircon unit but it was not working, I would say a second working unit is essential for summer stays. The staff were so helpful and very responsive and brought us an additional fan which helped.

Pros: Good size apartment, walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach

Cons: Three floors of stairs. Good exercise going up and down every day.

Pros: great location in the centre, nice renovation style keeping old materials, spacious apartment, spacious cupboard, light third floor, kitchen well equipped, new bathroom

Cons: one of the matresses too soft an uncomfortable, many stairs up and down every time, noisy street makes difficult to sleep in the exterior bedroom, gas stove needs adjustments as the flame comes irregularly

Vacker vindsvåning mitt i Gamla stan i Cádiz, en kaffe med glass 20 meter bort

Pros: Fantastisk vindsvåning med högt i tak, kändes som 70-år bakåt i tiden med hur man hänger tvätt, de fina mosaikgolven, de stora fönsterna där man kunde öppna upp längs hela vardagsrummet.

Cons: Det var inte bra städat, särskilt toalett och stolar runt matbord. Det var trixigt att få svalka i 2 av 3 sovrum, det fanns fläktar, men bara AC i vardagsrummet. Det saknades bra kniv och andra husgeråd. Gasspis. Vi skulle dock välja samma boende igen trots detta. Tänk på att det ej finns hiss, man får bära upp bagage till 4:e våningen.

El aparcamiento es un gran problema,

Pros: El alojamiento está rodeado de todo tipo de tiendas de toda la vida e incluso en la misma calle hay un día y a pocos metros un carrefourd pequeño.

Cons: El ayuntamiento de Cádiz tiene que hacer algo para que los turistas podamos aparcar. Los días laborables en la zona azul solo puedes aparcar 3h y te obliga a visitar los pueblos más cercanos a Cádiz y volver a la hora que no está la zona azul. Cádiz y todos los pueblos que hemos visitado están muy limpios.

Pros: El piso es precioso, antiguo y con una decoración muy bonita. Está muy bien ubicado.

Cons: Es un tercero sin ascensor y al ser un edificio antiguo las escaleras no son muy recomendables si viajas con niños, personas mayores o con dificultades de movilidad

Calidad precio increíble a 10 minutos de todo

Pros: Está muy bien ubicado, muchos comercios cerca. La playa de la caleta a 10 minutos y la casa cuenta con muchas comodidades para disfrutar de ella.

Coole Wohnung - zentrale Lage - Cadiz lohnt sich!

Pros: Schön eingerichtete und geräumige Wohnung im 3. Stock. Bequeme Matratzen. Schönes Bad. Großer Gasherd. Witzige Wäscheaufhängung im Innenschacht. Zentrale Lage in der hübschen Altstadt von Cadiz. Direkt um die Ecke ein Bioladen. Ganz nah, unter dem Plaza de San Antonio ein Parkhaus (allerdings teuer). Das Meer in 20 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Immer schnelle Antworten der Agentur, die sich um die Wohnung kümmert. Auf einen Code fürs Mobiltelefon und gute Internetverbindung angewiesen zu sein, um in Haus und Wohnung zu kommen, war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig - aber hat zu Mehreren natürlich den Vorteil der Unabhängigkeit von nur einem Schlüssel.

Cons: die Türen/Fenster zur Straße schließen nicht gut, daher war es im Februar etwas kühl in der Wohnung, das konnte auch die Heizung der Klimaanlage nicht ausgleichen. 2 der Schlafzimmer haben keine Fenster, 1 Schlafzimmer war angenehm hell, aber zur Straße (mit Kneipe), daher sehr lange laut. Aber das ist der Preis für die tolle Lage. Leider kein Balkon, auch wenn es El Balcon heißt.

Pros: La ubicación en el centro, la antigüedad conservada de la casa, techos altos y muy bien decorado.
