Pros: Great location in Old Town. Could get noisy at weekend but putting the shutters down blocked the noise
Cons: We stayed a month 2 good dining chairs but no proper dining table.

Good but needs improvements.
Pros: Bright and spacious apartment. Perfect location. The heating worked well. Apartment had all the amenities. The kitchen had everything to cook at home.
Cons: Apartment needs renovation especially bathroom and kitchen. The water pressure in shower was weak. There was no any shelf in the bathroom for cosmetics. In bedroom it was dusty and decorative pillows in the bedroom were dirty and smelly.

Great place to stay at in Cadiz!
Pros: The property is very well located in the old town. You can walk everywhere from the apartment. You can also take the bus from Plaza España to the beach. The apartment itself is super comfortable with plenty of space and light.
Cons: We had some issues with the air conditioner.

Pros: Beautiful, clean, spacious and very central in historic old town of Cadiz
Cons: The instructions to remotely gain access to the apartment could have been made clearer. Quite stressful until you understand how it works

Amazing!
Pros: Very clean and beautifull apartment. I would definately recommand. It's exact as the pictures show.
Cons: It's a little loud from the street, but hey, who cares? If you want a silent place go to the mountains. It belongs to Cadiz and you're in the middle of a vibrating citycenter. Entering by phone was a little problem, but solved very fast. Push the doorbell and immediatly tap the link on your phone. Thank me later.

Pequeñas dificultades para llegar a una casa estupenda, sugiero eliminar códigos entrada y fianza.
Pros: Para mi fue un problema el hecho de que la llave fuese un código que se apretaba en el móvil y no siempre fucnionaba, esto me dio angustia un par de veces, sinceramente, donde estén unas llaves o una ficha mejora todo. Da inseguridad.
Cons: No me gustó el hecho de que cuando pagué la reserva me informaron de que debía pagar una fianza por si hacía algún desperfecto, me cobraron 92€ de la tarjeta que sólo me devolvieron tres días después de la estancia, antes de los 7 días a los que pueden llegar, porque yo insistí. Esa sorpresa no me gustó nada, no se veía al hacer la reserva.

Apartamento súper acogedor y muy céntrico
Pros: Un alojamiento muy acogedor y hogareño. Muy amplio y con mucha luz. Además con aire acondicionado que hace que en el apartamento se esté de lujo, por no hablar de lo céntrico que se encuentra. Una maravilla!!!
Cons: Muy a nuestro pesar, la cama se nos hizo un poco incómoda pero sobre todo por las almohadas… eran muy finitas y tuvimos que usar los cojines del sofá. Lo único malo de estar en el centro, es que se oye todo como si estuvieras en la misma calle…en el dormitorio menos, porque está insonorizado.

Pros: Apartamento muy limpio que cuida mucho los detalles: secador, plancha, una bolsita de detergente, un botecito de aceite... No hace falta recoger llaves, va todo con un sistema que se usa desde el teléfono y abre y cierra la puerta automáticamente. La ubicación y el ambiente cercano son realmente buenas

Appartamento completo e accogliente
Pros: La struttura si trova in pieno centro, vicino a tutti i servizi, bar e ristoranti. Tutto pulito e perfetto per le nostre esigenze. La cucina completa di piatti, bicchieri, tazze, posate e ogni cosa utile. Bagno completo di bagno schiuma e asciugacapelli. C’era addirittura un ferro da stiro. Ci siamo trovati bene. Una volta tanto le foto corrispondono alla realtà.
Cons: La zona è allegramente chiassosa ma questo non dipende dalla struttura
