Very comfortable, modern apartment in excellent location.

Pros: Excellent location, very close to main squares in historical centre, sites, shopping streets, tapas bars and restaurants. Apartment was modern in historical building, well equipped, very clean and comfortable.

Pros: Lovely clean comfortable apartment in a great location in the old town. Lina is a great host . Really enjoyed our stay

Pros: Most of all, Lina was one of the best hosts I've ever had. Her kindness and support were amazing. Needless to say the apartment was great to stay at in every aspect.

Pros: Great location just off the main square by the City Hall - yet quiet and secluded. Once you enter the property you will only be impressed by the design and cleanliness. The unit itself is also perfect as a self catering unit with modern appliances, and a little window terrace.

Cons: nothing at all!!

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable, the bed one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have slept in. Regular bedding, not just sheets, which was great! Kitchen with all necessary utensils, including a washing machine. TV connects to your phone so you can use your streaming platforms. It was a bit dark, which is probably great in the summer. In winter I would rather have the bedroom window open outside. But it is a very minor issue. There is a beautiful balcony with French windows in the living room

Pros: great location. lovely apartment, comfy, well decorated and the building is beautiful

Cons: the sliding door for the bathroom adjoining the bedroom doesn't provide privacy for using the toilet.

5 Star wonderful location. We Loved It!!

Pros: Paintings in the hall way, elevator, bathroom, bedroom decor, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, paper towels, central location to the train station, extra trash bags, extra toilet paper, napkins.

Cons: The walls are thin. Neighbors and water running through the pipes can easily be heard. There was no liquid soap in the bathroom. I filled the dispenser up with shower gel and used by own soap to shower with. We didn't know exactly where to put the trash, so we used any trash can outside. I hope that was okay.

A few short steps to great places to eat and to see sunsets over the Bay of Cadiz!

Pros: Ideal all round! The apartment is in a fantastic location in a modernised building at the heart of Cadiz and had all that we needed for a comfortable, self-catering stay in the city. The little balcony to the sitting room/kitchen meant you could listen to the wonderful noise of central Cadiz and get some air or close it off if preferred. There are wonderful places to eat all around - we loved Puerta del Eden just round the corner and Meson La Cuesta a few minutes walk away. We failed to resist the ice cream shop on the corner before the apartment Gelateria Cioccolato - dark chocolate recommended! For basic shopping Carrefour Express two minutes walk on a corner of Plaza de San Juan de Dios was ideal - freshly baked bread too! Parking Canalejas was closest - around 4 minutes walk from the apartment.

Cons: It was noisy a couple of mornings as streets were cleaned and bins were emptied but that's normal in the middle of a city and siestas made up for the couple of hours lost sleep! The apartment was short of bowls for soup/cereal and glass microwave dishes to cook in but this was likely a temporary oversight and will be put right as overall the apartment is well cared for and scrupulously clean.

The perfect place to stay in Cadiz

Pros: Location was perfect.So near the main plaza but quiet.We were worried about the app,but downloaded it no problem on our android phone and it worked beautifully..Apartment was very nice,and we wouldn't hesitate in returning.We found Carrefour express just past the town hall in the main square,and also on Calle Sopranis alongside the supermarket,someway up is a backpacker hostel that stores luggage.We paid 5 e for 3 hours or so. Cadiz is a shoppers paradise!

Cons: Would have been nice to have a carton of milk left just to make a drink. It would be useful to have bedside tables rather than side tables,to have somewhere to put smalls,but noticed a dark cabinet next to the kitchen units which perhaps we could have used.Overall,the apartment was perfect for our needs.

Perfect apartment!

Pros: Fantastic location. Yes, it was a small 1 bed apartment, but the layout & design, and decor was fabulous!! And the quality of the fixtures and fittings were 1st class!! Cannot rate this highly enough.
