Fantastic apartment
Pros: Spacious apartment, great location, extremely comfortable beds, awesome shower, well equipped, nice flair, underground parking
Cons: Bathroom design, noise from upstairs on our last night, window didn't shut properly, floor was constantly wet as it rained everyday we were there. Check in needs to be clearer as it was impossible to find but as soon as you call someone will meet you. Quite expensive as it was nearly 200 Euro per night.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis
Pros: Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Wohnung war großzügig aufgeteilt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlte nichts. Es gibt Heizungen in allen Wohn- und Schlafräumen, das war im Februar sehr von Vorteil. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist direkt gegenüber, man kam sehr gut ins Parkhaus, auch mit größeren Fahrzeugen zu schaffen. Man kann von der Küche aus direkt auf den Strand sehen. Ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt, ist die Strandpromenade und ein schöner Strand.
Cons: Kein Abzug im Badezimmer, sonst gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Amazing, the perfect beach vacation
Pros: This was the best equipped apt rental! They had everything you could possibly need. It was fabulously clean. An amazing location that made me feel so safe and confident. The best was you could open the window and hear the surf. My family loved every minute.

Pros: Great location, very close to the ocean. Very comfortable. The apartment has everything one needs to be happy. Carlos went out of his way to meet us and greet us and show us the apartment and the parking.

Excelente si quiere estar cerca de una playa muy bonita y a 5 minutos del centro.
Pros: La ubicación muy cercana a la playa, la fácil conexión con el centro de Cadiz.
Cons: El sistema de recepción no fue bueno. Debimos esperar bastante, pese a que anunciamos el horario de llegada. Reitero, es el sistema. El empleado que apareció con las llaves, fue amable.

Pros: The host was really great. I had trouble getting into the parking garage with the included card because they updated the card scanner and it was dark. The host came out to the apaertment after 10:30 PM to help me out. He went above and beyond.
Cons: When we got off the elevator there was one door with the unit # and two other doors. None of the keys fit in the door with the unit #, so my companion tried them in one of the other doors and we got in. It would have been nice to know which of the other two doors the keys were for. I assume the door that we didn't try, belonged to a completely different unit and it would have been awkward if we were trying to get in the wrong unit and someone was staying there hearing us fumbling with the lock.

Repetiría el sitio, pero antes de nada. Solventar en algunos problemas.
Pros: El alojamiento. Es Precioso muy bien. Acondicionado. Y con accesorios necesarios. Muy bonito en decoración. El que tenga parking. Es todo un acierto, aunque pilla justo al otro lado de la calle. No interfiere para nada. La plaza de parking es amplia para coches grandes.
Cons: La limpieza era mejorable. Detrás de la puerta. Del servicio corredera . Hasta pelusas de hace varios meses, la ventana que da a la playa, en el lado derecho, hará meses que no se limpian lleno de cacas de paloma, el cierre de la ventana tuve que apretar los tornillos puesto que no cerraba, simplemente hacía falta. Bajar el cierre y apretarlo con un destornillador . El colgador del servicio de la toalla de mano totalmente suelto. También como había comprado un destornillador para arreglar la ventana, puse un tornillo nuevo, y lo solucioné, puesto que íbamos a estar diez días y no iba a estar con la toalla en el suelo todo el día. La ducha es imposible regularla siempre sale a la misma temperatura, o te quemas o pasas frío, la única solución es directamente desde el calentador.
