Pros: Great location, well set out and instructions easy to follow. I like the application for the key. Bed was comfy. 15-20 mins from everywhere

Cons: The windows we couldn’t leave open when we went out as it was as easy for people to climb in.

Pros: Excellent location - easy walking distance to everything. Little super market just round the corner which was great. Quite, modern and well equipped. Staff responded quickly to messages sent when we had a problem with the air conditioning leaking water. Despite some of the minor issues we would definitely stay again.

Cons: On 3rd level up a steep flight of steps - quaint but not great for older guests or carrying heavy luggage. Shower head is set for a 7 foot tall person so has to be used by hand if you want to get wet. Needs either a sliding rail or an extra bracket set lower down No information leaflet or booklet which would have been useful, especially regarding the need to regularly empty the condensed water container for the air conditioning unit. It started dripping inside the apartment during ourfirst night and soaked an open suitcase below it. There was a notice in Spanish on the outside wall above the container, but we didn't see it when arriving as we were loaded with luggage, etc.

Charming Cadiz at it's best!!

Pros: We loved staying in an authentic old building in the heart of the historic quarter. The unit itself was modern, sqeaky clean, and really well equipped for the three nights that we have been there. We felt like one of the \

Cons: The unit was on the third floor, and there was no elevator. The stairs were quite steep, and I found it difficult to manage because of an injury to my hip/thigh. We also didn't realise just how narrow those roads were, with sharp corners, and wouldn't have risked going to the door of the building with our car to drop off the luggage if we had known that beforehand. It was absolutely nerve-wrecking with a big car. But Santa Barbara underground Car Park is very close and convenient, and that solved the problem. Customer service was absolutely brilliant, and everything we mentioned, like a disfunctional bread toaster, was replaced immediately.

Perfect place in Cadiz center

Pros: The house was beautiful, in the perfect location, super comfortable

Cons: We literally had to buy everything for living, from napkins, cleaning products, basic needs like sugar or coffee. The only thing included were 4 bags of tea.

Pros: The apartment has a good location, close to the center, and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby.

Cons: The second bedroom is small, the sofa is not comfortable.

It was great!

Pros: Great location, easy check-in, spacious, clean and very quiet at night.

Cons: The sofa bed isn’t the most comfortable, but our kids enjoyed it. An adult may not be as content.

Cadiz

Pros: The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a stay in Cadiz Old town. The apartment is close to the water and the beach is within 15 minutes walk. The man at the office is very affable and gives good advice.

Cons: The beds were uncomfortable and the stairs quite steep.

Volveremos a repetir!!

Pros: El piso estaba genial situado. Muy limpio, cómodo y luminoso. Nos encantó. Estábamos en todo el centro, al lado del Falla. Es cierto que el único aparcamiento fácil son los parking, pero estuvimos de maravilla. Volveremos a repetir.

Cons: Si tuviera que poner un pero, las escaleras, era una tercera planta sin ascensor y las ultimas escaleras para subir bastante incomodas, pero bueno, se sobrelleva.
