Nice resort on a perfect beach

Pros: The beach super close to the hotel is one of the best I have ever been to. Big rooms and clean Buffet was big Pools quiet and good Staff were really helfull Had no problem with check in / check out or with the buffet.

Cons: Don’t like the towel policy and location. If we give a credit card at check inn it should be enough no need to go to the spa and give card again or cash. Don’t like having to go to the spa to pick up or exchange towels. This service should be at the pool ou beach access somewere central from all the hotel.

This was perfect for our family with three children, plenty of space and a variety of entertainment!

Pros: We had a great 4 night stay, food was amazing ample lounges in pool area. Entertainment Tirio was amazing as usual and Pool Bar Staff were incredible specially Isabel who was loveley and really attentive

Cons: I would suggest that the hotel consider investing in anti-mosquito plugs, as we experienced an average of 5–10 mosquitoes in the room each night. We appreciate that the hotel is surrounded by a lot of greenery, but providing these in the rooms would be helpful. We had to drive around 10 minutes to a supermarket to buy our own. We also had an unwelcome visit from three cockroaches in the room, which we believe may have been due to fumigation of the nearby sewers.

Chill out and recharge at green areas near the beach!

Pros: The Hotel overall facilities are great. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Green spaces around fantastic and only a few steps from the beach. Large spaces and options to chill out, outside and inside. Short animation with music in one of the evenings was fun! You need a car to go out in the evening. Breakfast was great! Many choices and fast replenished. Dinner was also good. Varied options, meat and fish grilled on the spot. Desserts were delicious and sometimes over the top ! Great chocolate fountain one night! Gluten free: although there were no labels for intolerances, the staff was very accommodating, explaining clearly the options and willing to help wherever possible. Normal bread for breakfast was on a separate table. Well thought off! Plenty of options for vegetarians, gluten and lactose intolerants.

Cons: The rain and wind. Bad luck in March, obviously not the hotel's fault :) Breakfast and Dinner could be problematic in high-season when hotel must handle large(r) numbers of people, narrow space to the buffets/tables.

Pros: A lovely resort, all 3 pools were closed during winter and as it’s low season there are only one restaurant open. Beautiful grounds

A nice Andalusian hotel experience for the whole family.

Pros: The hotel is very family friendly with nice rooms and comfortable beds. The buffé was highly appreciated by all our family members, adults as well as the children. We also appreciated the proximity to the beach, the bike path, as well as the golf course.

Cons: We missed the a la carte restaurant, which is not open during low season.
