Pretty perfect.
Pros: A traditional hotel in a great location with the best views
Cons: The access to the top of the town was challenging through its narrow lanes- quite an experience!! The car parking was difficult though. Not many spaces.

Best views from Andalucía.
Pros: The views from the terrace of the Parador are something from a fantasy setting. Don't miss the dance of the birds in the sunset. The building itself has a wonderful mix of andalusian tradition and feels like staying in a museum.
Cons: The walk from the parking is long. But the steep but beautiful streets is one of the main reasons why you visit Arcos de la Frontera. So be prepared. Don't drive with the car to the location of the hotel.

Pleasant stay in spacious room with a beautiful setting.
Pros: Location. Historic building. Great food. Staff friendly to a point.
Cons: Rooms smelt a bit musty and damp. Head to change to another room As the drains smelled bad.

Pros: Thank you so much for making my stay unforgettable! It was the most amazing stay! The staff is so very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing. I had room nr 9, which was just a dream. With the best views. I wish that I could have stayed longer. I went to the restaurant el mirador de isabel one evening and again it's highly recommended. Food and views. Thank you. Alexandra

Short, lovely but very memorable stay in Arcos
Pros: Right in the heart of the historic quarter, next door to the Basilica. It was lovely to hear the chime of the bells. Being high up, the views were great. And it was right around the corner from the Cloistered Convent where we got some delicious baked goodies. The decor is lovely, dinner was good at the restaurant.
Cons: The only thing was the hike up to the property from the carpark. Fortunately, we didn’t have much luggage to lug up. We were told that the hotel is not accessible by car which is not true. It is, and in fact the square was full of cars parked overnight (illegally?). Perhaps guests should be given the information and make the choice themselves: that cars can drive up to at least to drop off luggage and then proceed to the carpark in town or park in the square at their own risk.

Great for 5 nights out of 7!
Pros: The location of the Parador was fantastic, the views from our balcony were amazing. We had booked a half board plan, the evening menu didn't disappoint and the wine list was excellent. Breakfast was good, great selection of hot & cold food. The staff were outstanding, very friendly & welcoming
Cons: For 2 days & nights an international cycling tour descended , the central patio became a cycle park & repair shop! The whole group made such a racket over dinner in the Restaurant we asked if we could eat somewhere quieter on the second evening, the staff were fantastic and set up a table in the bar area. This Parador was not suitable for this sort of group, they perhaps should of booked the Cadiz Parador with conference facilities?
