Pros: The location was perfect 2 minutes from the historic centre of beautiful Arcos a place we have visited for 16 years. The host was really helpful and attentive. It had all the amenities we needed.

Cons: Nothing other than an electric kettle would have been nice 🤣

Centrally located house close to all sights of the town

Pros: All required facilities were made available Personal service shows that the owner cares about the reception experience. It's good to meet the person responsible for the house.

Casa con encanto

Pros: Casa muy agradable y confortable y con muchos detalles. En el centro del pueblo. Sin duda totalmente recomendable.

Pros: En primer lugar la cálida y atenta recepción de Rubén, el anfitrión, que hasta dejó café, vino, cervezas, shampoo, todo. Luego, es una casa que no le falta nada, súper cómoda, tiene todos los detalles. Es una casa de 3 plantas, con terraza, comodisima

Excellent stay in Arcos de la Frontera

Pros: Place was very spacious, lots of room for spreading out and working or relaxing. The location was ideal for exploring old town Arcos. Terraces were excellent for enjoying the outdoors.

Cons: Can be tricky to get upstairs bedroom cool during hot weather because of AC location.

Zentral gelegen und empfehlenswert

Pros: Die Lage des Hauses ist in Arcos de la Frontera zentral gelegen. Zum Erkunden der Stadt ideal. Das Haus hat eine große Dachterasse, die eine weitläufige Aussicht bietet. Eine zweite Terasse (Veranda) nach hinten gelegen ist ebenfalls ideal zum Verweilen. Die Austattung im Haus ist gut, der Besitzer hat auch an viele Details gedacht. Das WLAN ist einwandfrei. Restaurants sind vom Haus fußläufig gut erreichbar. Möchte man sich selbst versorgen und einkaufen, sind kleinere Läden in der Umgebung vorhanden. Etwas weiter weg sind Supermärkte zu finden, wie ein Mercadona. Parken vor dem Haus wäre wohl zwar theoretisch möglich - allerdings sind diese ständig belegt und einige davon m.E. nur für Anwohner reserviert. Es gibt überwachtes ein Parkhaus in der Nähe, wo man in Absprache mit dem Besitzer des Hauses vergünstigt für 10 € pro Tag parken kann. Wir haben dies in Anspruch genommen.

Cons: Arcos de la Frontera liegt auf einem Berg wodurch es nun mal viele Steigungen & Gefälle gibt. Zudem sind die Strassen recht eng. Da recht viele Anwohner mit Mopeds unterwegs sind, ist ab und zu mit erhöhten Lärm zu rechnen. Im Haus befanden sich bei Ankunft einige Duftzerstäuber, was für empfindlichere und gegebenenfalls allergische Menschen nicht optimal ist. Wir hätten uns zudem einen Wasserkocher gewünscht, um die Zubereitung von Kaffee & Tee schneller machen zu können.

Pros: El anfitrión deja toda clase de detalles (kits para el baño, aceite, cerveza, dulces…). Nos permitió flexibilidad en la entrada y en la salida, cosa que agradecemos mucho.

Pros: Estuvimos solo un día, el sitio estaba con todos los detalles que no nos esperábamos, mermelada casera, vino en la nevera de cortesía, está súper equipada, tiene 3 plantas, para la familia y pasar unos días está magnífico... La ubicación céntrica, aparte Rubén que lo gestiona fue super amable, nos dio un mapa de la zona y nos recomendó todo con detalles... Es la primera vez que tengo tan buen trato en algún alojamiento, super recomendable... El baño también estaba súper equipado para las necesidades femeninas😜 Gracias 🙏🏼
