CÓMODO PARA FAMILIAS

Pros: La gestora es muy amable y en todo momento se puede contactar con ella por mensajería y responden rápido. El apartamento está bien aprovechado. El A/C funciona bien y la cocina y menaje están muy nuevos. Hay batidora y plancha. Están muy cerca el supermercado y una de las playas, y también parada de bus si te quieres mover por Rota. Para salir fuera hay que ir hasta la estación, que está algo más lejos.

Cons: Es una calle estrecha en la que no se puede aparcar y cerca tampoco hay nada aparente. El depósito del aire acondicionado debe gestionarse manualmente, porque no está conectado a un desagüe. La habitación triple es justa, y en el armario no hay estantes ni cajones. El baño también es pequeño. Como solo estuvimos 3, teníamos suficiente espacio.

Pros: La ubicación y la decoración. Hay aire acondicionado que enfría todo el piso y a parte un par de ventiladores. El alojamiento es bastante tranquilo y se descansa bien.

Cons: La limpieza se podría mejorar mucho. También sería recomendable poner un par de sillas más en el salón, y si hubiera un tendedero portátil para colocar las toallas cuando se sube de la playa también estaría bien, puesto que hay uno de los que se pone en la ventana pero es muy pequeño. Las camas no estaban muy bien hechas y las sábanas tenían algunos pelos. En la puerta de entrada hay un bidón en el que cae por un tubo el agua del aire acondicionado, hay que estar pendiente porque si rebosa cae el agua a la vecina de abajo.
