Pros: Great location, close to the city centre and to the ocean. Apartment is quite modern and perfectly equipped. There's a tarrace on the roof. Everything is immacutely clean. Good contact with the host before and during our stay there.

Beautiful Rota Amazing apartment

Pros: What a beautiful apartment in a great location just 2000mtrs from the beach.. Underground parking on site free of charge. With a fantastic roof terrace which was a pleasure to sit out and watch the sunset over the rooftops with a glass of wine 🍷. Was met at the apartment by Lucia who was very attentive and informative.. A wonderful town with great bars and restaurants.. This place and Rota are a little gem of a find..🙏👌❤️

Great location, nice and clean - would stay there again!

Pros: Beautiful apartment, fairly recently renovated. Clean and spacious with plenty of outside space. Friendly staff and a quick check in / checkout. Excellent location in town and having parking was a bonus.

Cons: Just to note it is next to a flamenco bar/ club so of an evening there is some noise disturbance (however it is only open a few nights of the week and the music finished at around midnight).

I will stay there every time I visit Rota!

Pros: Moises is a great host and met us at the property. Apartment is renovated and he moved us to an free and larger upgrade during the checkin process since the washer was not functional.

Cons: Nearby dog barking; otherwise very quiet street during the weekday.

Great location, lovely host, clean apartment

Pros: Perfect location, close to beaches, a food shop (2 min walk), boat to Cadiz, and the bus station for further exploring. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. Super friendly and helpful host. Will book again if we go back to Rota!

Cons: There is a flamenco bar underneath the apartments. There was music playing until 1am on Friday and Saturday night. It didn't impact our stay as we didn't have to be up early, but something to bear in mind.

Pros: Great appartment, near the sea - restaurants and shops but still quiet. Really nice host and appartment is really well equipped

Loved it! Great location. Super close to two beaches

Pros: The location is ideal, super close to two beaches and the supermarket, parking was so convenient! Everything was comfy and new. The upstairs terrace is a gorgeous spot for meals/workouts/relaxing.

Cons: Only very slight downside was the flamenco bar until 2am on Saturday night, however, it’s really nice to see/hear the locals enjoying themselves and having somewhere for the community to enjoy themselves.

Pros: Limpieza, ubicación, tranquilo,cómodo, el parking....y la genial atención y disposición de Merchi. Ha sido nuestra segunda estancia y sin duda repetiremos
