Pros: Location was perfect Staff were absolutely lovely Spotless Amazing value Jerez is gorgeous

Cons: No proper window in our room just a skylight but we were hardly in the room

Excellent value for money

Pros: Really close to centre of old town and it's attractions. Staff were helpful and used WhatsApp to give access codes needed. Room was good size and spotless.

Cons: Some outside noise was evident from traffic. If hadn't arrived when staff present, the online form to sign in was lengthy.

good hotel at an affordable price

Pros: The location of the hotel is very good, the room was clean, everything we needed was there, there is coffee, tea, kitchen in the common area. Quick feedback from the staff (thanks Tamara), easy and fast check-in. Parking nearby (paid, better to book in advance online, cheaper).

Cons: The pillows and towels have a strong damp smell.

Pros: Great communication via WhatsApp from Tamara both before, during and after our stay. Very pretty room; minor issues promptly addressed and fixed. Wonderful location, 2 mins walking from the Cathedral and 5 from the Alcázar. Excellent value for money.

Nice place, friendly staff with prime locarion and VfM

Pros: Lovely place. Tamara was very helpful indicating landmarks and things to do. Very secured place. The online check in easy and prime location next to everything in Jerez de La Frontera!
