Pros: Todo limpio y muy bien equipado, cuenta con plaza de garaje a la que se accede por ascensor. Muy cerca del centro. Se trata de un dúplex con dos plantas más azotea, con una barbacoa. La piscina muy limpia y con agua calentita, da la sombra por la tarde, césped natural, muy tranquila.
