Great apartment to explore Sanlúcar.
Pros: The attic apartment was ideal for two people, we loved our time in this fantastic apartment situated quiet neighbourhood. The best part of the apartment is the two roof terraces, which are fully equipped for dining, and sunbathing and even had a BBQ. The top roof terrace is a great place to watch the sunset. We loved this apartment. It is very close to the local flamenco club, BODEGÓN DE ARTE “A CONTRATIEMPO”, which is a must-visit. Sanlúcar is a great place to visit and this apartment is a great place to do it.
Cons: It has a small cosy kitchen which was more than adequate for our needs and we cooked some lovely meals in it. The boiler gives enough water for two people to shower but again was sufficient for our requirements.

Pros: Lo más destacable de la casa es su terraza, al estar en alto, en cuanto corre un poco de aire, se está súper agusto. Puedes disfrutar de un buen desayuno o una buena cena. Me gustaría destacar también, la facilidad con el checkin y que la casera deja todo tipo de detalle, cepillo de dientes, papel higiénico, productos de limpieza, todo lo necesario para la ducha. Nada que envidiar a un hotel y eso no lo sueles encontrar cuando alquilas apartamentos
Cons: La casa me ha parecido perfecta, pero por sacar algún pero, el que no haya aire acondicionado en la habitación.

Wohlfühlapartment mit schöner beschatteter Terrasse
Pros: Die Atmosphäre in der Wohnung ist angenehm, sie ist geräumig und wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut und alles ist sauber. Es gibt z.B. ein vernünftiges Schneidebrett, eine Zitruspresse und auch die Waschmaschine funktioniert gut. Das Bad ist zwar klein, hat dafür aber ein Fenster und eine gute Dusche. Es gibt jetzt eine Glastür für die Dusche und keinen Vorhang mehr, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die beschattete Terrasse, so dass man sich draußen aufhalten kann. Die Lage in einer kleinen Einbahnstraße ist ruhig und fußläufig zum Zentrum. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Sie war sehr hilfreich, freundlich und hat sehr schnell reagiert.
Cons: Die Internetverbindung ist langsam (10 MBit Download / 1 MBit Upload). Den weißen Schrank in der Nische vor dem Schlafzimmer kann man nicht nutzen, weil er mit einem Vorhängeschloss abgesperrt ist, was auf dem Bild 27 in der Anzeige anders dargestellt ist. Man benötigt die obere Terrasse im Grunde nicht, weil die untere sehr schön ist, sie ist aber auch nicht einladend, weil sie unbeschattet und leer ist und die Aussicht zur Nachbarterrasse durch ein hohes Gitter nicht ansprechend aussieht. Der Grill dort schien seit Längerem nicht genutzt worden zu sein.

Pros: Alojamiento precioso, cada uno de los detalles de la casa hizo especial nuestra estancia. Solemos viajar y pocas veces nos hemos encontrado una casa tan equipada. Hemos pasado una estancia excelente.

Una estancia buena
Pros: Lo mejor la terraza y la cercanía tanto a la plaza Del cabildo como a la feria. El piso está muy bien. Con todas las comodidades. Tiene de todo y estaba limpio. El detalle de la botella de agua fría en la nevera fue genial. Le pedimos un ventilador para la habitación y nos lo trajeron enseguida, eso lo valoramos muy positivamente
Cons: La única pega ha sido que el aire acondicionado que estaba en el salón hacia bastante ruido y como ha hecho tanto calor lo hemos tenido que poner por la noche y El ruido era molesto. Y tampoco enfriaba mucho.
