Absolutely top drawer! This is our go to place now in Sanlucar.

Pros: We loved everything about this place. The host, property, location and ease of parking. It's a beautiful building, and the apartments are immaculate, and clean. The rooftop terrace is beautiful and gives you a view over the town and down to the sea. There's a car park right next door which we booked for only 15 Euros a day. Well worth doing as it gets very busy.

Cons: Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable, pretty and palatial.

Pros: The property is ideally located within the old town and just a 10 minute walk to the beach. It's a stunning building and we found it to be spotlessly clean on arrival. We had a good-sized terrace with loungers and table which overlooked a side passage to one of the old squares. We loved sitting here after a day out, prior to venturing out for the night and enjoying the sights, sounds and smells of the various establishments opening for the evening. The open air lounge area and pool are lovely spots to relax also and again were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The apartment came with most facilities to be able to make a meal at 'home' but the temptation was always to go out and try the amazing local food! The air conditioning worked really well and the bathroom had a good power shower with plenty of hot water. Good-sized television also. The decor was minimal and functional. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into the development of the Palace.

Cons: Whilst the apartment was well equipped for self-catering, it lacked an oven. This wasn't really a problem for us although we would have liked to have had the option. A basic microwave was provided however. Note that the rooms are only cleaned every 3 days and so we found by the 3rd day we had a lot of cans, cartons, packages etc that needed removing from the kitchen area as the only bin was very small. Bearing in mind our second bedroom was located in the kitchen, this wasn't ideal, but we did manage. Whilst everything did get cleaned on the third day, with towels and sheets being replaced, toilet paper didn't get renewed (we were only provided with 2 small rolls at the start) so you may have to buy your own whilst you're there. Despite the modern facilities, there were no usb sockets for charging phones etc so make sure you take adapters.

Super serviced apartments.

Pros: Centrally located, spotlessly clean with good quality fixtures and fittings.

Cons: The only drawback was that we faced an ally where lots of early morning deliveries were taking place for local bars and restaurants.

Recommended

Pros: A great room with a spacious terrace that we enjoyed very much, relaxing and watching the storks flying overhead. Very comfortable and well equipped inside and set in a lovely building within easy walk of the beach and just behind the bars and restaurants of the Plaza del Cabildo. A good public car park just opposite. The rooms are fairly well soundproofed, but be aware that there are bars next to the hotel and general hubbub carries on to the early hours of the morning.

Cons: Codes for entry to everywhere and no staff on site for when the code to our apartment did not work. José, however, came to sort things out and was great.

Pros: Really beautiful hotel The rooms were spacious and comfortable and a great location.
