Excellent location, beautiful apartment, good value but lack windows opening onto the outside spoiled it for us.

Pros: Excellent location. The apartment building entrance hall is impressive and throughout the living area has been renovated with taste and respect for the style of the building.

Cons: We were in apartment 5 which only has windows onto the interior courtyard. I think this should have been made clear at the time of booking. I found it oppressive not to have any windows opening outside especially as there was no balcony. It also meant the apartment was not very light. There was a communal terrace upstairs however but not practical for regular use. For this reason I wouldn't stay in this apartment again although it's important to note that the other apartments in the building did have windows onto the outside. The apartment itself was very pleasant although the equipment for self catering was very limited and of poor quality.

A very comfortable apartment

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and the bathroom shower was very good, one of these large headed type with plenty of pressure and ample hot water. The hostess was very helpful and thorough.

Cons: Only on street parking available.

Pros: Everything was great overall. Location was amazing, the apartment was amazing.

Cons: Not very flexible when it came to our plans changing a bit last minute, because of Schengen visas and rules. Still got charged for extra few days, even tho I tried reasoning and be as upfront as I could be. I have to mention it was a non-refundable rate, but everyone else along on our trip has always been very understanding when something like this would happen. A bit too expensive for the time of the year we went there. But that's not a big deal really.

Pros: La ubicación, la limpieza y perfecto para nuestro grupo

Cons: Estaba un edificio con tres plantas y el ascensor estaba fuera de servicio.

Bueno, bonito y barato

Pros: Siempre que viajo a sanlucar me quedo en estos apartamentos porque la relación calidad precio es muy buena. En pleno centro de sanlucar y por ese precio, no es facil encontrar. Ademas tienes opciones que la mas barata no tiene ático, pero si una terracita muy mona. Y asi va subiendo.

Cons: Tanto la cama como el sofa cama son muy incomodas. Y, como opinion, creo que el horario para poder contactar con los encargados debería ser mas accesible. Tipo empezar un par de horas antes y acabar mas tarde, porque si te vas antes no sabes donde dejar las llaves, por ejemplo, o si vienes mas tarde de las 21 no hay nadie para atenderte.

Pros: La estancia fue perfecta. El apartamento tal cual la descripcion, muy bien

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien situado, el coche lo tuvimos que dejar un poco lejos,pero luego nos movimos caminando. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas

Cons: Para nosotros tiene un aspecto a mejorar, en el baño hay dos percheros uno lo ocupa el secador cuando te duchas no hay donde poner las toallas , en la ducha no hay estantes ni fuera ,solo uno pequeño que lo ocupa el papel higiénico, no hay donde poner un neceser..No hay cepillo ni fregona .

Pros: En general el apartamento está muy bien pero la ubicación es excelente

Cons: No hay nada que me disgustara

Pros: La ubicación tan buena que tiene a mano de todo ,asi como la terraza tan amplia,el piso por dentro estaba bonito y bien amueblado

Cons: La terraza podria estar mas cuidada para lo bonita que es...

Pros: El silencio de estos apartamentos estando en el mismo centro de la vida nocturna de la ciudad. El fácil manejo y buen funcionamiento del aire acondicionado

Cons: La puerta de la mampara de la ducha estaba quitada, entiendo por rotura. Como sugerencia al propietario, colocar un soporte toallero junto al lavabo. Eché de menos que el frigorífico tuviera congelador
