Best apartment we’ve stayed in on booking.com

Pros: Everything. It’s comfortable, very clean, has everything you need. Quite day and night and has all toiletries and cleaning supplies needed for stay. Jesus great host and very accommodating. Only a 5 minute walk to centre. Beach one street away.

Pros: Ideally located near the beach. Small supermarket and lovely pastelleria just 5 mins walk away. Sun terrace catches sun all day and shaded in evenings, so it's great to sit out in.

Cons: Owner has provided so many items but I missed not having an electric kettle.

Komme sehr gerne wieder.

Pros: Die Begrüßung war sehr nett und es war auch kein Problem, dass ich eine Stunde früher angekommen bin - muchas gracias Jesús! Das kleine Wohnhaus liegt ruhig in einem von Einheimischen bewohnten Teil von Rota - habe prima geschlafen. Es ist alles leicht zufuss zu erreichen und der Strand ist sauber und lediglich 3 Minuten entfernt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man im täglichen Leben braucht. Komme gerne wieder.

Cons: Es ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass die Nachbarfamilie manchmal etwas lautstark zu hören sein kann. Aber morgens und nach 20:00 ist es sehr ruhig - wenn man Kuechen- und Badtuer schliesst, ist nix zu hoeren.

Pros: Estaba todo muy bien con muchos detalles y muy espacioso con una terraza que es todo un Plus. limpió y la situación perfecta

Maravillosas vacaciones.

Pros: La ubicación. Comodidades. Limpieza y trato perfecto del responsable. Jesús muy amable y educado. No hace falta llevar nada para entrar a vivir. Incluso tiene productos de limpieza y aseo personal. La casa a dos minutos de la playa andando. Y a cinco de la zona de interés turístico.

Cons: Todo estaba perfecto.

Pros: Todo muy cerquita, playa, el centro, supermercados...no hay que cojer el coche para nada. Al apartamento no le falta absolutamente de nada,baño con todo lo q necesitas, cocina totalmente equipada, habitaciones amplias...y todo muy limpito. Repetiré en otra ocasión.

Sitio bien elegido!!

Pros: Alojamiento muy cómodo y cercano a la playa (apenas 2 minutos). Casa bien acondicionada con habitaciones amplias.

Cons: El baño al llegar olía a tubería, pero se quitó nada mas le dimos uso a la ducha.
