Perfect apartment for a city stay!

Pros: The location was perfect to stay a few days in the town, we could do everything by foot. We are able to park the car 15min walk away in the Parking Centro which was great value for money. The appartement is confortable and seems newly renovated.

Cons: Nothing really, just the light in the bathroom that didn’t work and was not changed during our stay.

Pros: We booked a room with a washing machine (as a priority as we had an unexpected stay extension). When we got to the accommodation, there was no WM, but communications to resolve this via WhatsApp were exceptionally prompt.

Cons: Nowhere did I find SMARTRENT is legitimate company linked to booking through booking.com. Booking.com tell us to ignore links and scams. It looks like one, asking for extra cash. I made various querys what was this for noonr said it was a deposit for damages. All said that's the way things are if you want access - Booking.com tells me I could pick up keys?

Cons: Solo tiene cortinas, que aunque son oscuras, por los laterales se cuela la luz

Pros: La ubicación perfecta! Calle muy tranquila y en todo el centro de Jerez... El apartamento correcto, tenía todo lo necesario.

Cons: Mis vecinos,jajaja... Demasiado ruidosos, por el día no molesta, pero que lleguen a las tantas de la noche y se pongan a hablar a gritos y eso.. pero bueno, eso no es problema del apartamento.
