Nice and very functional apartment with an open living and a remarkable view in the heart of Jerez

Pros: The living room and the kitchen in an open space are the real deal if you have guests over for dinner, or an infant to let play on the carpet while you cook baby food: you can watch over them and chat, while they have fun with the amazing atmosphere and view of the terrace. Prompt support for questions and useful recommendations. Convenient location to walk around for a stroll, or grocery shopping, or breakfast/meals/dinner.

Cons: Parking can be tricky, being in the heart of Jerez with narrow streets and construction sites at every corner. Nothing that depends on the property anyways, just good to know.

Fantastic Apartment and Location would Highly Recommend

Pros: Location Roof Terrace and View Facilities Comfort of Bed All great

Cons: It wasn’t a dislike just an observation but a welcome information leaflet to the apartment could be handy to point out were the washing machine is located in the building (luckily we asked the cleaner one day and she showed us) and also we couldn’t find the clothes maiden until the last day as we didn’t know it was in a room out on the terrace along with a broom and mop bucket but would have been handy to have known as we were using the chairs and table to dry clothes but this wasn’t an issue at all just our bad look for not opening the door outside I suppose as we assumed it was a locked room to the AC Fan Units on the roof.

Pros: The location in beautiful Old Town Jerez is just magic. You can wander the streets for hours getting lost in the beautiful architecture.

Cons: There is no parking so you need to ensure you plan accordingly if you are bringing a car. We found off street parking 4 minutes away which was very cheap!

Quiet, calm, comfortable

Pros: The location was in the historical neighborhood. It was very nice and quiet. The house is comfortable and cozy. Everything that should be there is available in the house. It was close to restaurants and cafes.

Cons: Ironing could be better.

Magnificent roof terrace

Pros: Magnificent sunny roof terrace, great living space and great location (whilst at first it may not seem so) we headed off in all directions so it was in the middle for us.

Cons: No spare socket by the bed (single socket used by bedside light), were switches for ceiling fan light, which was a 100k lumen floodlight, lacking decent furniture on the roof terrace (no sun beds, unusable sofa), one spare socket in the kitchen (we resorted to using a toaster on the floor and used the spare socket for the kettle).

Pros: Very quiet! We slept very well. House fully equipped.

Excellent stay in lovely Jerez

Pros: We stayed in the duplex apartment which had a huge terrace . Very spacious and well equipped. Perfect for our stay

Pros: I couldn't ask for better accommodation based on location quietness and cleanliness, as well, and most importantly comfortable beds... Recommendations by the lovely host on where to go, made the journey more enjoyable!

Perfect stay.

Pros: Beautiful apartment with a lovely terrace overlooking other roof tops. Quiet at night but so easy to walk to everything. Loved the code facility for entrance, didn't have to worry about taking keys everywhere.

Cons: Nothing. It was as good as it looked in the photographs.

Hidden oasis that cannot be missed

Pros: Amazing experience ! A hidden gem in the centre of what feels like the forgotten town of jerez. The town was very quiet but with its enchantment and close to cadiz and Sanlúcar and other top spots. The terrace is outstanding catching the sun all day but with shade if needed and sunset views. The staff very helpful with any questions we had . A 5 star stay do not hesitate if you decide to stay in jerez or close by ! And we could enjoy the terrace with our pooch she didn't want to leave the rooftop she loved it so much 🤣

Cons: Nothing ! Maybe could have done with a bread knife 🤣but nothing life-changing ! Amazing place !!
