Wonderful host. Excellent location for short stay in Jerez.

Pros: Rosa was a wonderful host and extremely helpful giving us local information. Very accommodating as we arrived just after 10pm at night. Excellent location especially if you have a car as easy parking down the road.

Cons: We were a party of four staying for two nights. There aren’t really two bathrooms - only 1 and a half bathrooms - only one shower in one of the bathrooms. One of the rooms had the double bed pushed to the wall making it a little awkward to get in and out of. These two points would make a longer stay a little difficult.

Beautiful cosy appartment near the center

Pros: Amazing cosy place, convenient location near the center, luxury rooms, very passionate and friendly owner! We had a great stay! Muchas gracias Rosa! Nos vemos! X

Pros: The apartment was very well situated and central to the beautiful city. Landlady was brilliant really helpful before and once we had arrived. Apartment well equipped and very clean.

Cons: Some late night noise and automatically activated light from other residents as they return home in early hours.

We would enjoy staying again when we are next in Jerez

Pros: Rosa met us at the apartment to show us around and presented us with a bottle of sherry to enjoy. It is a great location and very homely.

Cons: You need to be aware there are personal items around but this made it homely and wasn’t a problem for us.

Marvellous. In particular Rosa was the best hostess we have ever had

Pros: Comfortable. Beautifully furnished. Excellent location. Dog friendly.

Cons: A kettle would have been nice. But this is coffee country and you can boil water in a pan.

Perfect apartment for a stay in a delightful and lively, historical Spanish town...

Pros: Excellent apartment, beautifully decorated, spacious and with all the amenities we could expect or need. It's situated just 3 or 4 minutes walk from the central plaza - Arenal, and Jerez is nicely compact - such a lovely Spanish town. Plenty of underground secure parking just a few yards away too.

Cons: no negatives from me.

Pros: Muy buena ubicación, muy buena anfitriona Rosa atenta con todo, un piso muy coqueto.

Cons: En el apartamento olia como a humedad, era un poco desagradable, también se escucha muchos los ruidos de fuera por los conductos de ventilación. La anfitriona vive ahi cuando no está alquilado, y tiene en el baño cosas suyas personales pero bueno, nada de esto hará que no volvamos, si volvemos repetiremos con ella!!

Pros: Un séjour parfait ! Rosa est une hôte exceptionnelle, d’une grande gentillesse et très attentionnée. L’accueil a été chaleureux, avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue qui nous a beaucoup touchés. Elle a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer et de nous recommander d’excellents restaurants ainsi que les plus beaux lieux à visiter. L’appartement est superbe, calme, propre, à quelques pas du centre ville، idéal pour découvrir la région tout en profitant du confort et de la tranquillité. Merci encore Rosa pour ce merveilleux séjour !
