Excellent value for money in a great location

Pros: Very spacious, light, one bedroom apartment with a well-equipped kitchen, attractive modern bathroom with walk-in shower, a big, comfy bedroom with lots of wardrobe space... and central air conditioning that cooled down the whole apartment in no time. Very quiet and peaceful both day and night - despite being in a convenient, central location just ten minutes' walk from Plaza del Arenal - because the apartment faced onto a large, light, internal patio with trees, flowers and bird song! Excellent value for money.

Cons: The main improvement suggestion would be to update and simplify the check-in process and instructions. We had to 'check in online' the day before - which was inconvenient when I was rushing to finish work. Then we received a LONG WhatsApp message shortly before arrival, which we read lots of times (in English AND Spanish) and still couldn't follow. After several failed attempts, we ended up locked out of the apartment and subsequently discovered the message hadn't been updated to reflect the new - very simple - keypad system. Fortunately the 'host' (who we never saw) picked up her messages, reactivated the keypad straight away and explained what we SHOULD be doing... but it made the first half hour of our short break a bit stressful. Also, when we arrived there was a damp and not very clean bath towel hanging out of the fridge, which was switched off. Apparently they were defrosting it and hadn't quite finished the job. However, we did enter the apartment ten minutes early so maybe that's why. Apart from those early hiccups, the rest is just small improvement suggestions. A couple of lamps in the main living space would have made things more cosy - it's not very appealing to sit under a big ceiling light. Also the addition of a mirror in the bedroom (ideally full-length) would speed up the time it took us to get ready! And please fix the bathroom hooks - two of which fell off the wall when we tried to use them.

Pros: Well maintained, clean and well equipped apartment. AC in the apartment. Kitchen good enough for cooking. Great location close ro old city and train & bus stations.

Cons: It took quite long time to heat the apartment to comfortable temperature during our winter time visit. After that it was quite comfy.

Pros: Отличная квартира, очень милый дворик с апельсиновыми деревьями. Очень чисто. Всё предусмотрено, большая кухня, много посуды.

Viaje de fin de semana

Pros: Nos gustó todo del alojamiento, era perfecto para el uso que necesitábamos. La ubicación es genial, está super cerca del centro. Alba, fue nuestra chica de contacto y estuvo atenta tanto para la salida como para la entrada.

Cons: Por poner alguna pega, nos hizo falta algún espejo más en el apartamento. Solo estaba el del baño y ninguno de cuerpo entero, pero vamos es algo sin importancia.

Pros: Excelente localização, a disponibilidade para esperar por nós ao check in, foi um detalhe muito prazivel. Muito bem equipada e con tudo o que é necessário para passar uns dias com a familia. Muito bem limpo. O ar condicionado foi um dos pontos mais positivos, ja que nesta altura do ano o calor é insuportável. A voltar, será sem duvida o primeiro sítio a verificar a disponibilidade.

Pros: Hemos tenido una estancia fantástica. El apartamento está totalmente equipado y bien localizado tanto para visitar Jerez como la costa de Cádiz. Agradecemos a Alba su recibimiento puntual y asistencia durante estos días. Totalmente recomendable!

Great appartement in Jerez

Pros: Very clean appartement with good location , check in and check out was fast and clear

Cons: Everything was good. Just as an amelioration 2 more pillows in bed room and eliminate the smell of cigarettes from the living room

Pros: El apartamento muy acoger y limpio, bien situado cerca del centro, volveremos a repetir

Muy bien calidad-precio, volveremos.

Pros: Muy céntrico, cerca de la estación y del centro, todo muy nuevo, reformado y equipado, no hay ruidos del exterior, parking muy económico a menos de 50m.

Cons: Nos faltó el detalle de al menos un par de cápsulas de café hasta comprar en un supermercado, agua más de lo mismo, son detalles que mejoran la experiencia del viajero.
