Pros: Lovely, spacious apartment in a great location. Evrrything was in walking distance. Spotlessly clean and very comfotable. Antonio was a wonderful host. Highly recommended!

Pros: Near popular spots and landlord Antonio is friendly to show the room and facilities with room atmosphere.

Cons: Parking lot is around 2mins walk and Antonio advised to book in advance to get discount at 14euro/day.

Brilliant stay and well priced!

Pros: Lovely Flat and courtyard. Very comfortable and the owner kindly provided coffee machine pods! The owner also met us outside and showed us around the flat first which was nice.

Cons: The shower does flood slightly and the boiler needs looking at as is not covered on the bottom (not that bad but could be dangerous if for whatever reason you put you hand under there).

Comfortable, well located accommodation. Basic but a very good price at which you can't expect luxury.

Pros: Lots of space in the living area. Good location for visiting everything in Jerez. Good heating for the winter months.

Cons: Not easy if you have luggage to unload from a car. A narrow road with no room for cars to pass.

Pros: Great location, peaceful yet in the centre of old town. Nice and cool in the heat

Good for short visit. Good location.

Pros: A++ for customer service. Both Antonios were very responsive with some minor issues during our stay.

Cons: Parking (outside owner control) is expensive in my opinion. Although advertised to be 5 Euro it's actually 15 Euro with use of app. Dynamic pricing punishes you the later you book. Facility needs TLC, shower head , mattress... gives flavor of run down.

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien situado y en una zona tranquila además está muy bien equipado

Cons: La cama de matrimonio no está bien y hace mucho ruido al moverte en la cama por la noche resultando muy molesto

Pros: El apartamento es muy bonito y esta muy bien cuidado ! No falta de nada y ademas dejan cafes y demas para tomar , el patio es muy agradable y el propietario muy amable ! Volveremos seguro ! El piso esta muy centrico se puede ir andando al centro en dos minutos y tiene bares y restaurantes muy cerca!

Pros: L'appartement est très bien situé tout en étant au calme. Il possède tout le confort pour passer des vacances sereines (climatisation, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four, four micro-ondes.). Il est très bien décoré, spacieux et lumineux, la terrasse est un plus également. Le ménage de fin de séjour est compris dans le prix ce qui est aussi très agréable. Notre hôte Antonio est serviable et il y a eu une très bonne communication, merci à lui pour le petit plus qui facilitela vie (possibilité d'abonnement au parking à côté du logement pour bénéficier d'une réduction via internet). Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir
