This was the perfect apartment to end our Andalucian travels, history, beach & restaurants.

Pros: We were met at the property, given the keys & shown around. The property was immaculate & perfectly situated behind the main promenade in a quiet street & yet only 150m from a beautiful beach, bars and restaurants. A well stocked supermarket at the end of the block & Cadiz centre a pleasant walk along the sea front away (or an inexpensive taxi ride). Best of both worlds.

Pros: Todo impecable, moderno, acogedor, muy cómodo, todo nuevo y sobre todo muy limpio.

Cons: No tengo ninguna objeción, al contrario, Juan muy amable, atento, dispuesto en todo momento. La verdad una experiencia de 10

Cómodo y acogedor

Pros: Moderno, limpio y muy funcional. Para un matrimonio de 2 adultos y dos niños era perfecto. Dueño muy amable y con todas las facilidades para poder quedar el día de entrada. Camas muy cómodas y muy acogedor en general.

Cons: La única pega que le pondría es que el agua caliente para 4 duchas seguidas es algo justito. Si lo hubiésemos sabido de antemano nos hubiésemos organizado mejor.

Wonderful Piso on the Beach

Pros: The property owner was very responsive through WhatsApp in coordinating our arrival. The property is very clean and comfortable, as the picture reflects. I appreciated that the owner allowed us to check in early and was clear about the house rules and instructions. The location is great — very close to the beach and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Cons: Everything was good — except for an early interaction with the owner. I traveled with my daughter and chose this location because it had two beds. When he learned that we were going to use two beds and not share one, he suggested we needed to pay an additional 10 euros for the use of the second bed and provide a 100-euro cash deposit. Ultimately, we were able to talk through things, and I didn't need to pay either, but it left an uneasy feeling about staying there. Ultimately, everything was fine, and I would stay here again, but I would ask some clarifying questions beforehand.

Apartamento completísimo

Pros: El apartamento cuenta con equipamiento muy completo, bonita decoración y muy acogedor. El anfitrión muy servicial y pendiente en todo momento. La ubicación perfecta a 50m de la playa y de las paradas de bus para llegar al centro.
