Great location, great communication, near everything you want.

Pros: The apartment is very close to the beach, and to the bus into the old town.

Cons: The weather but that was just our luck !

Pros: The apartment was very clean & very comfortable. It was only a few minutes walk from the beach & about 30 minutes to Cadiz city centre. Juan was a very good host, good at responding quickly to messages & we had one problem which he sorted out immediately.

Pros: Groundfloor appartment Estupendo is situated 150 meters from Victoria Beach. It,s a very, very beautiful, clean, large and new appartment. It has a big kitchen, a big shower, two toilets and three bedrooms. The design is tasteful and complete. It has really everything you need and is very accessible for those who have difficulties with walking. There,s good wifi and you can park your car in the private garage nearby. Juan is very helpfull and speaks perfect English. Tough you,re near bars and the mainroad along the beach it,s quiet because the appartment is just behind the road and has a good isolation.The busstop is 200 meters away and line 7 brings you in 10 minutes to the old part of Cádiz. And what a beauty she is!! Conclusion: If you go to Cádiz, stay in this appartment because you have the best of both. Thanks again Juan!

Pros: Recomendable en todos los aspectos!! Desde el minuto 1 han estado muy pendientes de nosotros haciéndonos sentir muy cómodos y facilitándonos la estancia al máximo!! Relación calidad-precio genial, limpieza de 10 y ubicación perfecta!! Han tenido muchos detalles!!! Sin duda repetiremos!

A splendid holiday apartment, would love to book again without any hesitations when return to Cadiz

Pros: Superhost Juan waited for us when we arrived. Everything is superb, the apartment is very spacious, also all the three bedrooms. Good home appliances. Electric blinds are installed in every room. Decent heating. The location is great. Supermarket is at the corner. Beach is one of the best in the whole spain. Host Juan sent us a lot of local guide information, which are very very helpful.

Cons: Just a suggestion instead of a dislike: More towels if possible.

Apartamento en la playa

Pros: Juan, el anfitrión, muy simpático, nos pasó información de sitios para comer por la zona. Nos dejaron un desayuno y una botellita de vino de bienvenida. El apartamento era nuevo, muy limpio, muy bien equipado y a 25 metros de la playa.

Cons: El garaje no se encuentra en el mismo edificio, aunque está prácticamente al lado.
