Pros: Nice and clean apartment in a nice palace! Comfortable beds, two bathrooms, a lot of space. We would definetely stay longer!

Cons: Just small details, we miss some equipment in the kitchen, only one knife (was not sharp at all), no kitchen towels.

Super property in a great location but power outage wasn’t appreciated due to faulty kettle

Pros: It was in a great location. Good size with two bedrooms

Cons: Lots of house rules . Power blew when the kettle was plugged in and we had to take care of it

Good location to explore.

Pros: The location is excellent for exploring Jerez and there is a great bar on the end of the street for an evening drink and snack.

Cons: There is far too much instructions and communications before,during and after your stay. Just before our arrival we were asked to send a €90 deposit which we were not aware of! We stay on our travels in lots different apartments and this was the only time we were asked for a deposit. The parking is a public parking which we knew but you need to have the parking app and book in advance to recieve the discount. Lastly the building is really quirky and nice to see but you have no outside view or windows with fresh air as such so only good for a short stay.

Pros: Very comfortable apartment with own terrace Charming and relaxing main building interior

Cons: A little bit is a walk from the main part of town but nothing too major and good for a bit of exercise We had some challenges with the door codes but the remote support managed to resolve things ok We couldn’t manage to get the TV to play any programmes NOT in Spanish, which was a shame for the non-Spanish speaker in the party but not a big deal in the grand scheme of things

Our stay in Jerez was fabulous and the apartment suited us perfectly

Pros: The apartment was spacious and very comfortable with a great feel and location.

Cons: Just one small thing. The bath towels were very old and worn thin. It makes such a good impression to have fluffy thick towels that have not been washed too many times. Easy to fix and your customers will love you for it!
