Confortable apartment in a great location for exploring
Pros: The apartment was well located near to the city centre and lots of tapas bars nearby. It was great having the top floor to ourselves which meant we could sit outside on the roof terrace. The bedrooms are comfortable, everyone slept well and the living/ kitchen area is a good space to chill out at the end of a long day walking around the city.

Pros: The apartment was huge, and nicely furnished. Location was very good, just a short walk from one of the main squares. Very quiet at night time too! The little balcony was lovely.
Cons: The WiFi didn't work. Detergent for the washing machine would have been nice.

Pros: Fantastic location close to the city centre. We enjoyed the roof terrace. Beds were comfortable, showers were very good, having codes for the building and apartment doors worked well.
Cons: The standard of the apartment was let down by a number of basic missing items. If they had been there it would have made a big difference to our experience. For example, there was no teatowel to dry dishes, there was no washing liquid for the clothes washing machine, there were no coffee pods for the coffee machine, there was no cafetiere, there was no kitchen towel, a ceiling light in one bedroom was missing its lampshade, there was only 1 dishwasher tablet available. We expected all these things to be there given the price of the apartment.

Great spacious apartment in attractive building in the perfect location.
Pros: Great location, very spacious and very welcome air con.
Cons: The keypad on the door sometimes took several times of trying to work but this may have been the extra heat it was operating in.

The best apartment in Jerez!
Pros: This is our second stay with different family members, when we entered the apartment, it felt like home! The aircon was most welcome with outdoor temperatures in the high 30s.

City centre apartment
Pros: We stayed on the top floor in a very comfortable large apartment. Two bedrooms, two shower rooms, a large lounge/dining area with a well equipped kitchen. The apartment is within five minutes' walk of the town centre with many bars and restaurants nearby. The nearest bar (very lively) is 30 metres from the front door. Despite the central location, the apartment is very quiet, we were never disturbed by noise from the street. A great place to stay in Jerez.
Cons: This is a wonderful apartment, unfortunately the management is a bit hopeless. I advised them of our arrival time expecting to receive the door access code. I didn't get a reply to the message, the code didn't arrive, and we had to call them from the front door to try and get in. They sent me a registration form to complete, which surely we should have received days before, and we eventually got into the apartment. After a 7 or 8 hour drive this was a complete pain. The kitchen was well equipped, but there were no instruction manuals for any of the equipment. In order to get the induction hob working on our first morning so that I could cook some eggs, I had to search online for an instruction manual. I eventually found one, but it took bloody ages. The first time we used the dishwasher, it failed with an E4 fault. Some hours later a maintenance guy came to fix it and showed us how to reset the machine, very simple if you have a manual. There were numerous other little things that I won't bother listing. I wouldn't let all this put you off this apartment, but the management really need to up their game.
