Pros: Lovely apartment with a great terrace in excellent central location

Good apartment with all facilities

Pros: The location is great in the town, apartment has all facilities needed for a comfy stay, the sunny roof terrace is great with views of the cathedral rood where plentiful Storks are nesting in spring / early summer. Parking in same building a great plus.

Cons: Spiral staircase to roof terrace a bit hair raising, but doable for able bodied! €150 in cash needed as a security deposit at handover.

Good value apartment in a great location

Pros: The location was great. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby, 15 minutes to the train and ferry to Cadiz. It was nice to have a roof terrace to sit out. The flat is authentically Spanish and the car parking space was a plus. We loved the town

Cons: The facilities were perfectly adequate but not luxurious - although for the price that was fair. The stair to the terrace was a very high, narrow spiral staircase. This is typical for this type of house but would be no good if you had limited mobility or were bad with heights. As others have said the parking space is very tight for a large car and there was a deposit to pay at check in which isn’t clear when you book

Pros: Easy checkin, spacious underground parking. Close to everything.

Pros: The flat is very spacious, well equipped and immaculately clean - it even has a washing machine and a roof terrace, a nice feature on sunny days. Also, the parking space is a great bonus, as it's the lift! It's located in the centre of El Puerto, so it's close to all main attractions, restaurants and bars, supermarkets, and the ferry to Cadiz. Communication with Rocio was great; check-in and check-out were smooth! Highly recommended!

Pros: Brilliant location. Excellent communication with the owner we've stayed here before so it was all familiar. Given it's on a busy street it was very quiet couldn't hear a thing from outside. The roof terrace is a bonus

Lovely stay in the centre of this interesting town. Parking was a bonus.

Pros: The location was perfect. Central and close to all amenities. Communication with the host was good.

Pros: Loved the terrace! All well equipped and comfy. Parking under the apartment, very handy. Lovey host.

Cons: €150 cash deposit which I would have preferred to be informed when booking, it was put in a yext to me after booking. Was handed back when we left with no problems.

Pros: The apartment is cozy, in the old town, not far from the market where you can buy fresh fish. Very close to the old church, cozy streets of the old town. Just outside the apartment, there is a small cafe serving delicious coffee. Convenient parking after renting a car. Beautiful sunsets on the terrace, illuminating the city church.

Pros: Very spacious.. Good value for money. Very clean. The apartment had free parking and the host met us at the agreed time with the keys. Nice roof top area.

Cons: Nothing everything was fine
