GREAT LOCATION

Pros: Location good. Owner receptive to concerns raised

Cons: The previous person/s staying did not respect rules of stay i.e they has obviously been smoking and had a pet. However, the owner was genuinely concerned and honest. She tried to clean and eradicate the odour. There was still an odour of smoking in one of the bedrooms. Which eventually went.

Recommend for families.

Pros: Great area in Cadiz old town. Silent, but next to door to groceries, landmarks, restaurants, beaches. Great host. Two bedrooms with living room with all amenities could be wished. There is also heater, if nights are cold or You need to dry clothes while it is humid. Recommend.

Cons: A little smaller rooms then it looks in photos. Problems with parking around. But it is common to all apartments in this area.

great location, would happily recommend!

Pros: location! close to all places of interest, right in the heart of Cadiz. beds were very comfortable. host very easy to contact and responds fast.

Cons: place gets no sun. vacuum cleaner would be helpful, as a mop picks up only so much… and finally, place looks bigger on the photos than it is. also some neighbouring unit is having renovations… noise during day time to be aware of.

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta para pasear por Cádiz. Lina la persona que gestiona la reserva está atenta y es resolutiva (muchas gracias por todo). Le han puesto un amplificador en el pasillo y ya hay wifi en todas las habitaciones.

O local perfeito pra uma boa estadia

Pros: Alojamento central, perto do centro da cidade e com tudo o que é necessário por perto (cafés, restaurantes, supermercado, praia). Apartamento confortável e com tudo o que é necessário. A experiência com chave virtual (aplicação) foi igualmente enriquecedora. Elevador para o apartamento.

Cons: Quando se entra no prédio há um cheiro intenso desagradável, ainda que não seja da responsabilidade dos proprietários. Ouve-se com grande facilidade o barulho dos vizinhos.
