Santa María 12 Boutique Apartamentos

Pros: Everything. The location was fabulous, right in the old town. The apartment was very clean with all the amenities you need to spend a few days in Cadiz. Even on the ground floor you have a washing machine, a tumbler dryer and iron. Pilar, the host, was very attentive and communication was smooth and fast. The weather wasn't the greatest but obviously nobody's fault. I would return without a doubt.

Pros: Loved loved loved it, had everything we needed, spotlessly clean, excellent location, and the fact it was where the nuns lived. We were shown the cellar by the owner, and told of the history. Couldn't have wished for anything better

Super location

Pros: Excellent value for money- the attention to detail was way above what I'd expect for the price. I loved the extra touches- tea/coffee, water and toiletries. Although it's in a very central location it was really quiet at night, even though it was the weekend. 12 o clock checkout was also a luxury.

Pros: The way the accommodation was prepared made me feel special and fancy and the cleaning staff were super nice and thoughtful. Thank you so much!

Pros: Can't rate this highly enough, close to everything you need to see. ALDI supermarket 5 min walk. Very close to the train and bus stations.

Great location for a short stay if you take earplugs or intend to be out till the early hours. You can walk everywhere

Pros: The beds were comfortable and it had a lovely roof terrace. The room was serviced every four days. We were there for 10 days and the room was cleaned twice, beds and towels changed. Laundry powder was provided.

Cons: It was very noisy. The property is attached to a church that rings on the hour from 8am to 10pm. It also rings 33 times at 8.30 am for morning service.. There is a bar a few yards away which is very loud and there are dogs that bark on and off every morning and evening. There is no contact from the management except for asking if you want your room cleaned. A map was provided but no other information about Cadiz. It was lacking a personal touch as we found it difficult to find out just from using the internet what was available when as web sites were not updated. Parasols for the beach were provided but only one beach chair.

Pros: Very nice appartment. Quite a large space with everything you need. Location is great, close to station and minutes from the old city center

Pros: Good location Easy walk to rhe cathedral , main square , roman theatre& the city gates . Sea walls are jusr steps aaah Quite spacious rooms for a small family Well stocked kitchen

Great place

Pros: Great communication with host. Comfortable bed. Very clean with everything you will need for stay. Great central location. Useful street map in room. Nice terrace with afternoon sun.

Cons: Nothing, although felt it was a bit expensive.

Great apartment

Pros: Great location for everything Cadiz had to offer. Clean apartment which retained its character whilst having everything required for a great stay
