ideale Lage für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub (Strand,Stadt,Ausflüge),empfohlen f. 3 Personen

Pros: Für die Schlüsselübergabe konnten wir uns per WhatsApp mit Manuela verabreden. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür. Zahlreiche Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Stadtzentrum von Cadiz ist in 20 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Zur Zugstation Segunda Aguada gelangt man in 10 min. Das Bussystem ist sehr praktisch. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut (Wasserkocher fehlt, Küchenhandtuch u. Spülmaschinentabs nicht vorhanden).

Cons: Nach der Buchung wird man auf ein spanisches Buchungsportal weitergeleitet (Costasur). Etwas verwirrend.Die Kontaktdaten für die Schlüsselübergabe stimmten zunächst nicht. Es wird angegeben, dass ein Balkon vorhanden ist, das ist nicht zutreffend. Es gibt kein WLAN (für längeren Aufenthalt unpraktisch).Die Wohnung ist hellhörig (Lärm von Nachbarn). Die Flughafenanbindung nach Jerez de la Frontera ist eher schlecht (lange Wartezeiten auf Bahn/keine direkte Anbindung zur Station Segunda Aguada/Taxi kostet ca. 65€).

Días de descanso y desconexión en familia.

Pros: La limpieza, la situación y sobre todo Manuela, la encargada de darnos las llaves al llegar.

Cons: Que el plato de ducha se salía, y que el sofá cama era bastante incómodo.

Buena experiencia

Pros: Su ubicación,encontramos aparcamiento sin problema, a una calle de la playa y 20 min andando a la zona más céntrica de la ciudad. El dueño muy amable y servicial. Cuenta con todo lo necesario en cuanto a utensilios de cocina y ropa de cama y baño. Volvería a repetir.

Cons: Las almohadas para nuestro gusto eran incomodas y el sofá cama tampoco era muy cómodo. Por los demás todo bien.
