Excellent property in a great location.

Pros: Great location, close to good bars and restaurants. 15 min walk to the beach. Comfortable and well equipped. Excellent WiFi and air-con. Easy and friendly greeting.

Amazing stay.

Pros: Great appartment in a good location in the old town of Cadiz. Perfect for a small family or couple to explore the city. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a private terrace which can be entered via the hallway.

Great experience and I would come back!

Pros: Lovely apartment with lots of light, great location, comfy bed, responsive and charming contact person to let me in and answer my questions / offer solution to any problems I might encounter, the terrace (one floor up) is a wonderful hangout place, well insulated so noise no noise from the street even though it is on a corner, supermarket directly opposite (in case you sit on the terrace and run out of nibblings :), AC/heating and warm water function really well. Kitchen generously equipped (electric orange squeezer, for example), having a washing machine also a bonus for the longer stay. Great experience and would come back!

Cons: There are a few basics that I would have liked (especially during a week of more than two weeks), for example any place to hang a towel in the bathroom, or maybe a vaccuum for the carpet, or a kettle for hot water. It's a third floor (terrace on the fourth), which did not cause a problem for me, but if you have any issues with walking, you should be aware. During my time there, there was construction work (remodeling) going on in both the next door apartment and the next building. As I was out most of the days from 8-18 , this did not disturb me too much, but I think a notice upfront would have been appropriate. All this: not a big deal, but what keeps me from giving a 10 out of 10!

Consiglio l'appartamento, centrale e ben curato.

Pros: La posizione è ottima. vicinissimo a tutto. L'appartamento molto carino e pulito anche se il palazzo fatiscente.

Cons: Ci hanno proposto un solaio ad uso esclusivo ma era un tetto non molto curato. Eviterei di proporlo se non viene risistemato.

Pros: Ich war fast 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft und habe mich sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem relativ ruhig. Direkt in der Umgebung findet sich alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist groß, schön eingerichtet und alles war sauber. (Meine Anregung : Es wäre praktisch im Badezimmer noch eine Ablagefläche zu haben) Ich werde bestimmt wieder kommen!
