Wonderful seaview in comfortable and beautiful apartement

Pros: Beaufitul, comfortable, large and light appartement with incredible seaviews. On the third floor on a busy road. But because you are on the third floor you only see the sea and the citywalls. It is good isolated so no noise from traffic. The bedrooms are also in the back, so no noise. It is if you step into someone’s life. The art, the artbooks, the beautiful furniture. We had bad weather and a lot of rain, but reading a book here was a good shelter. You can watch the storm drift in from the sea. Good bed and bathroom. There is a large and safe parking (paid) a few minutes walk away.

Cons: A minor thing. The heating. We had really cold bad weather. Luckily the heating worked, but it worked too good :). It heated up to 23 degrees on several points in time. But 19 degrees is enough for us. So we had to put it back to 19 a lot. And during the night we turned off the heat. Also when we left the appartement. And it is our lack of understanding the system combined with bad weather.

Amazing view and a great location

Pros: The flat has amazing views over the sea. It was worth it just for that. We could sit and gaze at it for hours. The apartment itself was very comfortable too and had a very good central location.

Cons: A few more things in the kitchen would be good - eg more mugs. There is no parking with the appartment but you can get a very good rate (18 euros for 7 days) at the parking lot just a few minutes walk away.

Pros: Spacious with amazing views. Quiet building with all amenities

Cons: Windows need a good cleaning.

Pros: Las vistas de la propiedad, el tamaño del apartamento, la cocina, la tranquilidad del edificio, la limpieza, la bien equipada con todo lo necesario para la estancia.

Cons: Es dificil encontrar aparcamiento, había que dar unas vueltas hasta encontrar un hueco para dejal el coche durante la noche.

Vistas muy agradables

Pros: Unas vistas preciosas desde 2 salones muy coquetos

Pros: La situación, la decoración y la atención con los clientes

Immeuble de caractère en face de la mer, quartier historique

Pros: Bel appartement très propre dans un batiment ancien rénové, face à la mer et situé au 3ème étage : assis dans le salon, on ne voit que la mer, c'est magnifique ! Salon joliment décoré, cuisine bien équipée, à 10 mn à pieds du centre historique et également à 10 mn d'un parking public

Cons: Dans l'ensemble séjour très agréable, mais quelques détails pourraient être améliorés : la climatisation est centralisée avec des bouches d'aération inégalement réparties selon les pièces, ce qui fait que les chambres sont trop chauffées et le salon pas assez. Il manque une théière, 1-2 couvertures ou plaids.

Pros: Widok z okien, klimat mieszkania i lokalizacja. Wyposażenie było pełne.

Cons: Nie znalazłam minusów.
