Good apartment
Pros: Location/view, general appliances/facilities and cleanliness.
Cons: Stairs to apartment. Fixtures and fittings need some maintenance (e.g. I was unable to get windows and balcony doors to close properly and upstairs shower/toilet furniture was not fixed properly)

Everything we expected when searching and booking

Perfect, central location. Cozy apartment.
Pros: Superb location, in the heart of the old town. Nice views from rooftop terrace, good communication from host. Easy check in and well equipped apartment.
Cons: As many reviews tell before: water pressure in both showers is a joke. If you are into rich showers this is definitely not your place. As the apartment is at the heart of the city it’s very noisy in evening and early morning hours. Bring ear plugs. Or use the second bedroom which lies in the back of the building and is less noisy. Kitchen smells from neighbouring restaurants might be an issue here time by time. And yes, some refreshing of the apartment would do well and definitely the terrace can have some gussy up.

Cons: While location is city centre, be prepared that it can be noisy outside particularly on weekend nights

Great apartment in the middle of it all!
Pros: The apartment is directly in Plaza del Arenal, the main square of the city of Jerez. So more central is basically not possible. That means you walk everywhere within minutes: cafés, restaurants, bars, flamenco, grocery shopping, bodegas etc. We had a rental car which we parked in the Arenal parking lot, which is in front of the apartment's door - very convenient. The apartment is spaceous, tastefully furnished, offers a great rooftop terasse with incredible views and the kitchen offers everything to make a home cooked meal.
Cons: The electricity is a bit iffy. While cooking we had to turn of the air-con otherwise we lost power. But hey, we got used to it...

Great, clean and cozy apartment bang In the center of Jerez (would return no problem)
Pros: The apartment was in the perfect location (right in the center) the host was amazingly helpful (always online to help with any questions or queries I had. 10/10 for me!! We loved Jerez!! Quite, relaxing, not full of “Foreigners” like most places in Spain (still more raw than other places) A great getaway for a long weekend

Gorgeous apartment right in the heart of the city.
Pros: Fabulous location and very roomy and comfortable. The roof deck was an added bonus! Although it is located right above a noisy outdoor square, the super insulated windows kept out most of the noise.
Cons: It would have been nice to have coffeemaker, but I understand this is not very common in Spain apartments.

a lovely home in the city centre
Pros: Spacy and lovely home in the city centre. the house has two bedrooms, both with a double bed. I liked the kitchen a lot, as it's so convenient when i didn't want go out for dinner. and there is a market just a few steps away from where you can get fresh meet, seafood, fruits and greens. Of course, i did eat out quiet a lot as there are so many nice restaurants nearby. the shopping atea is just on the behind the buiding. Last but not the least, the roof terrace! You will have a spectacular view of the plaza from here. we spent a cozy afternoon with some sherry under sunshine here, superb!
Cons: no lift. I wish there was a lift. if you have a heavy suitcase like I did (over 26kg), this would be somewhat difficult. However, I guess this is the price I pay for the awesome view from roof terrace.
