Apartamento, bien. Edifico, mal

Pros: El apartamento en sí (una vez subidas las escaleras y dentro del piso) está bien. Cuenta con lo básico, está limpio y cuidado. No tuvimos problemas en este sentido.

Cons: Un tercero sin ascensor con unas escaleras estrechas. Si no eres joven y ágil, no te lo recomiendo. Si vienes con mucho equipaje, tampoco. Las zonas comunes del edificio están en mal estados, nos encontramos MUCHAS cucarachas.

Pros: La casa estaba en inmejorable situación, a un paso de la Catedral, dos de San Juan de Dios y el muelle, dos de la Plaza las Flores y tres de La Caleta. No se puede pedir más.

Cons: El último tramo de la escalera! A mis 64 años me mata!

Pros: It was very well located, walking distance from the sights, even the port. It was clean, spacious, tidy, all in all it was perfect.

Cons: We had no idea how to deal with the cold water in the accommodation, the staff didnt reply to my message or call. Also had no idea where to put the keys. We had to walk 10 mins to get the keys when we arrived too, that was a hassle with the luggages.

Pros: Clean, good location, easy and flexible check in. Perfect for exploring the town or visiting the beach.

Cons: Older travelers should be wary of the steep stairs to enter the apartment, but otherwise it’s a great stay. Clean, comfortable, spacious accommodations in the heart of the city.
