Another easy, cosy stay in a comfy, contemporary apartment in the old town

Pros: Location is great – just around the corner from leafy Plaza de Candelaria in the old city, but quiet. If the weather is good the rooftop terrace is a real delight. It's all well-run, clean, with well-equipped kitchens. It's my go-to place to stay if I'm not staying with friends.

Cons: I always find the online registration process a bit complicated and it took a phone call to overcome the field I was missing/getting wrong, rather than by email.

Great location and facility but the owner needs to be more generous.

Pros: It was clean, spacious and light in an excellent location. You couldn’t beat the locations.

Cons: The bed was cheap and uncomfortable as was the lounge. The owner was very tight and only supplied one washing machine tab for 3 people for 5 nights. Not enough toilet paper either. We requested more without luck. Perhaps the owner owned the storage locker setup too. The entry times are completely inflexible so in many cases you need to put your bags in a paid locker which can cost an extra 20 Euros

Enjoyed Cadiz and the accommodation was very central and well resourced.

Pros: Location was excellent. The Apartment was in the centre of the old town.

Cons: Confusing messages about disposing of rubbish. Impersonal communications.

Pros: Lovely clean, modern renovated apartment in the centre of Cadiz, walking distance to everything of interest. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The beds were not super comfortable and the second bedroom in our apartment faced the inner internal courtyard, so there was no natural light.

Pros: We spent a few days in this apartment in Cádiz and had a great experience. The place is very spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent — right in the heart of the city, close to restaurants, sights and the sea, yet still quiet enough to sleep well. A real bonus is the shared rooftop terrace: beautifully arranged, perfect for sitting outside in the evening or enjoying a coffee in the morning with a view over the rooftops of Cádiz. Overall, a great base for exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Value for Money

Pros: The apartment is clean, well designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Its excellent location provides easy access to the surroundings, and the overall value for money is outstanding. We can highly recommend this property and would be glad to return.

Cons: Due to its position directly on a lively square, it can be quite noisy at times.

Overall a comfortable space and great location.

Pros: Excellent location. Great terrace and good to have a lift.

Cons: Plants on the terrace were dying due to lack of water which is a real shame as the terrace was such a bonus. An umbrella would add to the enjoyment of this space. The addition of small items such as an ice tray, and a drying up cloth would be very welcome. . Useful too to have a door on the sitting area in the flat as the central atrium could floodlight this space if lights were on in other flats.

Pros: Fabulous location, clean , great air conditioning. Roof terrace was welcome.

Cons: Basic kitchen facilities. No oven, grill, toaster, sharp knives, dish soap, dish drying towels.

Pros: The space, the setup of the apartment, the building, the location. Everything was perfect, couldn't have chosen a better place!

Cons: If I had to say something, it would be nice to have a towel or a rack to dry dishes, and the mattress in the main bedroom could be firmer but all in, very happy with our stay :)

Overall very good - would be excellent if things above addressed

Pros: Great location, key system worked well, bright space , super roof terrace

Cons: Bed in small room was uncomfortable and creaky - only one pillow, no cushions in sitting room. Minimal sundries left - 2 coffee capsules, no cloths to wipe, only sponge, no shampoo or conditioner, all felt a little mean! Mirror not clean.
