Fab location - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern apartment

Pros: Spotlessly clean, lovely modern apartment. Fabulous location. Hot powerful shower. Very comfortable beds. A very well equipped apartment. Each bedroom had its own shower room, which was fab. Great communication arranging to collect the keys at the apartment. Loved it. 10/10.

Close to excellent! But owner response to issues was disappointing.

Pros: The property was overall very nice, clean and well appointed. The location was fantastic - literally in the heart of the old city on a side street. The property manager was very responsive and helpful in spite of some challenges. The heat did not work so she had to run out and buy small space heaters until the central unit was repaired (which took about 5 days). It was cold until it was repaired. The property was well stocked with garbage bags, body soap, dish towels, bath towels and laundry detergent as well as basic spices, oil and vinegar, which was a nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked and we found everything we needed, except for no microwave. In spite of the listing, there is NO microwave and in spite of the listing, the oven does not work. The bathrooms were spacious with great water pressure and ample hot water. As long as the floor to ceiling windows remained closed, outside noise was barely noticeable. It was a quiet and relaxing stay. Excellent and consistent Wifi.

Cons: There were a few issues that needed to be addressed which didn't seem fare to us, the guests and which is why I didn't rate this property Excellent. 1. The central heat was not working at all and for the first 4 days so after freezing the first night, we asked the property manager for a solution. We had to make do with tiny little space heaters until it was fixed. In my opinion, this was unacceptable and I am asking for a partial refund as a result. The property manager had to run out to buy small heaters to keep us warm in the interim. 2. The hair blow dryer also did not work. It would only stay on one setting and turn on/off by plugging and unplugging. The property manager purchased a new one and dropped it off after we notified her of the issue. 3. There is no microwave in the kitchen as was promised on the description. This created some challenges for us in terms of preparing foods. The property manager insisted that the oven was also a microwave but gave no support in how to use it. With the help of the internet, we were able to understand the dials but the display screen simply flashed illegible symbols as it it was also broken so no luck there. So, there was no microwave. 4. Batteries on TV remote control were nearly dead so created some challenges to turn it on/off. They should be checked proactively and changed as needed. 5. The sheet and mattress cover in the master bed kept slipping off the corners which created a bit of \

Pros: Tolle Lage in der Altstadt, trotzdem ruhig. Top Ausstattung! Treffen mit Gloria, die auf uns wartete und uns alles zeigte, war problemlos. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Magnífica estancia en familia

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien ubicado para visitar la ciudad. Está completamente reformado y bien equipado. Todo estaba muy limpio. Además, el edificio contaba con ascensor. Tuvimos el descuido de dejarnos las llaves puestas dentro de la puerta del apartamento pero tanto la persona que gestionaba el apartamento como el propietario nos atendieron muy rápido para que viniera un cerrajero a abrirla la puerta. Lo recomendamos 100%

Cons: El aire acondicionado no enfriaba acorde a las temperaturas seleccionadas , había que bajar mucho para notar la sensación de frescor

Pros: Sehr schön eingerichtete neues appartement mit 2 Bäder und 2 Zimmer .Küche und Wohnzimmer zusammen sehr neu und freundlich eingerichtet. Sehr freundlicher Empfang im appartement. Zentrale Lage. Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden...Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine....Kaffee vorhanden...

Cons: Abends und früh morgens in der Stadt bei offenem Fenster etwas laut ..aber kein problem alles super....
