Cadiz Apartment

Pros: Location, absolutely stunning views, 150 metres to the beach and a short walk to Supermarkets and Restaurants.

Cons: Bit of a faff to get into the apartment on arrival .

Fabulous, spacious, clean property with a great view.

Pros: Very spacious property, however there were only 2 of us. Lovely rooms, 2 sofas and dining table. Great spacious kitchen. All bedrooms were very spacious. Lovely sea view with car park below but that didn’t put us off. Great beach nearby. Fabulous location on the edge of the old town.

Cons: The property is large enough for 8 persons, not sure about balcony for 8. More like comfortable 4 or even 6. Not sure on digital entry. Keys inside the property which made it easier.

Large, comfortable, clean

Pros: Large comfortable apartment and on-site secure parking. It was immaculately clean but needs some updating as fixtures and fitting were a bit dated. Sea views and sunsets were excellent.

Cons: That it overlooked a large car park which we did not know of in advance, and that a family-oriented place was unable to provide a cot. What was very tiresome was the amount of emails generated by the agency handling Oceana. I had 14 or 15 in total and this over-the-top volume made it difficult to find out basic information like the location of the private parking spot or the rubbish containers. The whole check-in and entry key code process was laborious and confusing and needs simplifying. Fewer emails please and less use of links and internet technology when a simple message could be used. We are reasonably tech-savvy but struggled.

Vistas maravillosas

Pros: La ubicación por las vistas; la manera de acceso y que tuviera parking incluido

Cons: Todo muy bien; por poner algo había un somier desencajado.

Pros: La ubicación excepcional. Unos atardeceres maravillosos desde la playa que esta abajo o desde el balcón del departamento. El departamento muy espacioso y luminoso. Las camas muy cómodas. Lastima que en el hall de ingreso al edificio había mal olor permanente. Pero en el departamento no se sentía y estaba extremadamente limpio y ordenado

Spacious with a great view, but doesn’t feel homey.

Pros: Great location. Unbeatable view from the terrace. Lots of room. Private parking space.

Cons: Parking wasn’t easy to find and getting the keys required many more steps. The whole place was bare bones and doesn’t have warmth or doesn’t feel homey.

Perfekte Wohnung mit fantastischem Ozeanblick

Pros: Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ausgezeichneter Lage. Herrliche Sonnenuntergänge über dem Ozean sind vom Balkon aus zu verfolgen. Vermieter ist jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar. La Caleta ist gleich um die Ecke, um ins Wasser zu springen oder sich zu sonnen. Auch sehr positiv und unverzichtbar: der Parkplatz zur Wohnung.

Cons: Wenn man sehr pingelig ist, könnte man auf einige Schönheitsreparaturen hinweisen. Diese reduzieren aber keinesfalls den sonst fantastischen Aufenthalt.

Pros: Muy cómodo el apartamento, impecable , amplio,......buenísima ubicación . Y buena disposición.

Cons: El acceso un tanto complejo, el parking tb a pesar de las indicaciones ....se sumaba que siendo mayores no es fácil tanta tecnología... Pero todo bien, entramos !

Si quieres disfrutar de grandes vistas y apartamento comodo este es tu lugar.

Pros: La ubicacion es excelente. Al lado de la caleta. Las vistas desde el apartamento brutales. Puedes disfrutar de la puesta de sol desde la terraza. Es muy grande 4 habitaciones y dos baños. Mas cocina completa.

Cons: El precio es alto, pero entiendo que pagas por las vistas.
