Pros: The apartment is very roomy and has amazing views over the plaza. The rooms were specious and nicely furnished. It was in the old part of Cadiz and close to everything.

Cons: There was nothing I can think of that I did not like.

Pros: Äänieristys oli sijainnista huolimatta hämmästyttävän hyvä. Sijainti Cadizin parhaita. Huoneisto tilava, paljon valoa ja hyvä tuuletusmahdollisuus.

Cons: Keittiössä ei tiskikonetta eikä paistinuunia. Veitset ovat kaikkien Espanjan asuntojen heikkous. Tylsiä ja niin huonolaatuisia etteivät alan liikkeetkään suostu niitä teroittamaan.

Saubere, einfach eingerichtete Wohnung in toller Lage

Pros: Saubere, einfach eingerichtete Wohnung in toller Lage direkt an der Altstadt in gleichem Abstand zu den 2 nahegelegenen Stränden sowie optimaler Anbindung an den Nah- und Fernverkehr. Check-In problemlos per App, Kontakt zum Vermieter unkompliziert per Whatsapp.

Cons: Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert und die Reaktion des Vermieters erfolgte spät, weil die Whatsapp-Nachricht nicht gelesen wurde. Hat uns jedoch nicht sehr gestört. Der Vermieter hat dann direkt angeboten am Sonntag jemanden zur Reparatur kommen zu lassen. Ansonsten war die Kommunikation gut. Bei einem 9-tägigen Aufenthalt hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass zumindest einmal gereinigt wird.

Muy buen piso en el centro de Cádiz

Pros: Ubicación muy céntrica, piso cómodo y espacioso con ascensor. Buena insonorización de las ventanas. Frigorífico y congelador de buena calidad.

Cons: El piso podría estar mejor equipado, hemos alquilado para 7 pero había un comedor con 6 sillas, 6 mantelitos. Faltaban servilletas, solo había 4 rollos de papel higiénico para 7 personas 4 días.

Emplacement parfait pour profiter pleinement des plaisirs de Cadix (détente et visites)

Pros: L’emplacement parfait : place san juan de dios avec un parking à 50 mètres. Bâtiment magnifique, logement impeccable, avec ascenseur, vue sur le port et sur la place San Juan de Dios.

Pros: Lokalizacja, wielkość apartamentu, wygoda, cisza. Widok z okna/balkonu - ciężko o lepszy w tym mieście. pod samym apartamentem wielki parking podziemny w cenie 20 euro za dobe.

Cons: Brak zmywarki i dodatków typu ręczniki papierowe. Zmywarka moim zdaniem w dzisiejszych czasach to konieczność.
