Perfect place from which to explore Cadiz

Pros: We stayed a week. Perfect position on Plaza San Juan de Dios walking distance from train and bus stations and close to the Cathedral and everything in old Cadiz. Second floor but with a lift after the first two flights of stairs. Lovely bedroom with very comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the plaza. Living room also with balcony overlooking the plaza. Steep stairs from living room down to bedroom but good exercise! Washing machine. Simple place, but all that we needed. Close to a good cafe right below (Destino; NOT El Sardinero!) and to a real gem, La Puerta del Eden.

Cons: Soap dispenser ran out and hand soap mingy.

Convenient

Pros: Location - v good. Apartment - blackout curtains excellent.

Cons: Check-in : 1) the key/entrance to apartment was rushed - things should have been explained more clearly, and it would have been better to have been physically walked through the whole process as doors complicated! 2) WIFI - this should have been set up in the presence of the guest to make sure it was working!...I had no access to my laptop for all of Sunday. Friends who stayed previously reported a similar problem. 3) INSTRUCTIONS FOR KITCHEN - nothing was provided, so when the hob was locked, it's not possible to know how to release it! 3)Reception availability - 3 - 8pm is ok for the 1st day of check-in as the guest doesn't arrive say till 3pm. BUT once in-situ, reception should be open from the morning. Also, I had messaged on Saturday before I arrived with my train times and had no response, despite Sat reception hours till 8pm. 4) COFFEE TABLE - I think it's fairly dangerous as it's v easy to hit off the glass edge...this happened to me as I went to open the blind in the morning. A soft edge should perhaps be fitted.

Pros: Great location, near to the main places in Cádiz, near to great restaurants. Cozy house.

Nice stay in the heart of Cadiz

Pros: Perfect location. Althought it was near lots of bars and restaurants, it was not noisy. The balconies and the ceiling gave the apartment a lot of charm. We found everything we needed for our stay.

Cons: The hairdryer was too weak.

Pros: Everything! Special thanks to the office people for their help on the first day when I arrived well before the check-in time, and to my cleaning lady, Teresa. The place was absolutely spotless!

Cons: May I suggest to complement the kitchen equipment with a knive sharpener?

Dúplex coqueto frente al Ayuntamiento de Cádiz

Pros: La ubicación es magnífica, enfrente del Ayuntamiento de la ciudad. El apartamento es coqueto y cuenta con las facilidades necesarias. Se trata de un edificio tradicional.

Cons: El acceso al alojamiento requiere subir escaleras insalvables desde la calle. Dentro del propio apartamento también hay escaleras pues se dispone en dos plantas. Para, por ejemplo, ir al baño, hay que bajar una escalera. En nuestro caso particular esto no fue ningún obstáculo, pero sí puede ser un inconveniente si la reserva es para personas mayores o con niños pequeños, carritos, etc.

Un alojamiento muy limpio, coqueto y muy recomendable para unos días en Cádiz. Y cerca de muchas aparcamientos, aconseja

Pros: La ubicación, y las instalaciones del interior de alojamiento es un 10. Muy recomendable para quedarse unos días en Cádiz. Nos encantó el trato de la chica de la limpieza que llegamos con algo de antelación y acabó antes dejándolo todo impecable.

Cons: El alojamiento está dentro de un bloque vecinal típico del centro de Cádiz, en el que la casapuerta es antigua con escaleras muy estrechas, pero cuando subes a la primera planta todo cambia, todo más moderno. Lo que no nos ha gustado es que lo venden como que tiene ascensor, pero no avisan de esa primera zona de escaleras estrechas e incómodas para subir con un carrito de Bebé, de la Primera planta a la calle. Una vez dentro de la zona nueva, El ascensor se queda muy pillado y había veces que pensábamos que nos quedábamos encerrados. Por lo demás todo genial. Luego la insonorización entre los diferentes alojamientos, se escuchaban perfectamente las conversaciones de los vecinos de arriba y abajo, pero el jaleo de la calle, para estar sobre bares, no se escuchaba casi nada. También deberían mirar lo de la Red Wifi, pues al menos durante nuestra estancia no pillábamos ninguna. Para despedirnos nos dicen que debemos tirar la basura y abajo en la casapuerta tienen un horario cerrado para ello, pues quitan el contenedor durante el resto del día.

Pros: Location of the apt is amazing, everything is walking distance. Apt is overlooking small plaza where you can find different kind of restaurants and entertainment, and being so close to crowd it is not too loud. Apt has everything you need and more.

Pros: Un lugar muy cuidado como saben hacer los Gaditanos! Preservando el patrimonio histórico y cultural y los valores que conlleva. La ubicación es perfecta para descubrir la ciudad y mirar con mucho respeto como vive la gente. El sitio está bien equipado y muy cómodo..

Pros: Ci siamo tornati per la seconda volta.non si puō chiedere di meglio. Ottimo staff e pulizia.posizione comoda a treno,bus,parcheggio e motonavi. Vista strepitosa sulla piazza del comune. Grazie ad ottime finestre anche silenzioso. Dotato di tutti i confort. Tenete presente che ė su due piani.
