Great location to explore Cadiz and a comfortable appartment

Pros: The location was great, and,despite being very central, it was quiet, we liked the large light airy living space, and the old characterful furniture.

Cons: The bathroom door didn’t lock when we arrived - but we were impressed by how quickly they sorted this out

Excellent!

Pros: Excellent location. Very clean, with everything we needed. The living room faces the main square where everything happens (we had an orchestra playing just in front of the windows on our last day 😊), but since the rooms are on the back it was very quite. The fact that it is at the entrance of the old town makes it very easy to leave the city to go to the beaches outside town.

Cons: The entry doesn’t smell very well. It has an air purifier but sometimes was not enough to hide the smell. Inside the apt was ok. The sofas are very nice but also need renovation.

Great flat in good location

Pros: Location was great, lounge good. Most of facilities good.

Cons: Lack of corkscrew, wobbly tap on bathroom sink, shortage of wine glasses.

Pros: The lady who met me and showed me round was really helpful, communication was good throughout. The area was very nice, close to bars, restaurants shops etc. The kitchen/sitting room space was lovely and the roof terrace a real bonus

Cons: Unfortunately the furniture wasn't very comfortable and the apartment was a little shabby in places.

Historic apartment in centre of town

Pros: The location is great, right in the centre and easy to get to from the train station on foot. The apartment is spacious and I loved the central light well the hallway circumnavigated. Master bedroom and bathroom a good size.

Cons: There were a couple of maintenance items outstanding in the tiny second bathroom which would have been obvious to anyone checking. Shower head nozzle holder missing a part so it couldn't be used, and entire plate missing off wc cistern buttons. The master bathroom vanity was very slow to drain. These items were passed on to management so hopefully fixed in the short term.

Pros: Ubicación excepcional, cerca de todos los puntos de interés y de la estación de tren

Pros: Tiene 2 dormitorios de matrimonio y 2 baños, lo que da mucha independencia si van parejas de amigos. Los espacios eran amplios y estaba muy céntrico y limpio

Cons: La distribución es un poco rara. Había bastantes platos y vasos, pero el menaje de cocina era pequeño y escaso. No sé porqué no cambian los cojines de los tresillos, si todo el mundo se queja de lo mal que están

Estancia agradable, cómoda y completa.

Pros: Me gustó mucho la ubicación, el comedor, la cocina tipo americano, los dos balcones que daban enfrente del Ayuntamiento, la distribución alrededor de un patio central y la habitación doble con vestidor y baño incorporado. Estábamos en el pleno centro, cerca de la Catedral, el Teatro Romano, el Mercado Central de Abastos, de los sitios de marcha y lugares para tomar copas, con restaurantes muy buenos al lado, un pequeño Carrefour Expres para comprar lo que nos hiciera falta, etc... Tanto es así que el martes, día de la Patrona de la Ciudad de Cádiz, a las 21h20 pudimos ver la procesión de la Virgen del Rosario... con la banda de música y demás acompañamiento. Vamos que fue genial.

Cons: La habitación pequeña con las dos literas no me convenció y me quedé en ella para que la chica y la pareja se fueran a las más grandes y estuvieran más cómodos. La escalera de subida a la litera superior es estrecha y muy vertical, incómoda y difícil. Luego, no había ningún armario o lugar donde dejar las cosas, salvo un pequeño mueble con 3 baldas, poco práctico y sin muchas posibilidades. Por lo demás, la cama era cómoda y dormí bien, pero estar allí 7 días fue quizás la parte del apartamento menos confortable. Pero bueno, supongo que todo no se puede tener.

Pros: Ubicación inmejorable. Habitaciones interiores sin ruido.

Cons: Acceso a la azotea complicado, el ascensor no funcionaba.
