Exceptional stay in this modern and central apartment

Pros: Exceptional location, impressive views, modern apartment and very cozy.

Cons: A little dusty in some parts of the house (books under the coffee table), rugs and sofa cushion covers could be cleaned.

Highly recommend anyone who’s looking to stay in lovely Cadiz

Pros: Beautiful throughout and lovely views. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Rain shower was fantastic. Everything you needed.

Exceptional stay in a first class apartment

Pros: This property had one of the best locations in Cadiz, overlooking the harbour and the views from the balcony were exceptional. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and had everything that was needed. It is one of the best apartments that I have stayed in and we loved it. Like previous reviews, I was a little nervous about the digital key lock, but this was no problem at all. We found that it worked every time and was very simple to access.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Very comfortable and great location

Pros: We really liked the loft, filled with natural light and with a view over the port. It was very comfortable and perfectly located right in the city and near the station.

Amazing clean apartment with great views

Pros: Amazing view Loved watching sunrise over bridge and the liners coming in and out of port. Really modern and perfectly clean Air con worked really well

Cons: I was worried about the electronic keyless entry system, for me it was a bit complicated to set up, and I would have liked a key as a back up plan. But it did work fine as long as you had your data on.

Excellent accomodation

Pros: The facilities of the apartment are first class and it's location near to the cathedral and excellent tapas bars makes it a convenient place to be based. Cadiz is compact so everything is within a 20 minutes walk anyhow.

Pros: The view and we just felt very cozy! Lots of space.

Cons: Balcony is narrow for sitting outside. Way too much decoration stuff all over the place

Space and comfort, great views and location

Pros: Spacious, comfortable and well equipped place on the 9th floor of a building at the gateway to Cadiz old town, right next to the elegant Plaza de San Juan de Dios. Great views of the harbour on three sides via wrap-around balcony. You can't really sit out but the windows are huge so you won't need to. Carrefour shop and plenty of bars and restaurants a few minutes away. Alfonso the owner is friendly and replies immediately to questions. If you come by train or take one eg to Jerez, the station is 5 minutes' walk.

Cons: Shower in the huge ensuite area is good - you may need to leave a bit of time between showers as hot water goes tepid fairly quickly. But it's not a huge inconvenience and minor compared to all the positives about this place. Washing machine door may need tapping firmly but lightly to release.

Bell'appartamento ma con qualche carenza

Pros: Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, posizione centrale e facilmente accessibile in auto, appartamento accogliente, bello e pulito. Servizi completi di lavastoviglie e lavatrice, accesso da remoto con serratura elettronica, ampiezza e luminosità degli ambienti.

Cons: Dotazioni scarse o inesistenti: due sole bustine di zucchero per due persone per tre giorni, niente sale o caffè di cortesia, Assenza di tovaglioli di carta o carta casa, due soli rotoli di carta igienica (per due persone per tre giorni). Sarebbe stata gradita la presenza tra gli utensili da cucina almeno di un pelapatate e di un frullino. Odori forti in bagno. Ottemperare agli orari di conferimento dei rifiuti (dalle 21 alle 23, ogni sera) risulta impossibile il giorno della partenza.

Séjour intéressant pour visiter Cadiz et Jerez

Pros: l'emplacement et la vue sur le port. On a pu entrer une heure avant l'heure normale. La disposition de l'appartement est sympa.

Cons: J'ai détesté le système d'ouverture de la porte de l'appartement : tout électronique en utilisant bluetooth. C'est très moderne mais totalement impersonnel. Il faut espérer qu'en cas de panne de courant, un système est prévu ! Par ailleurs, il faut payer 50% 1 mois avant, le reste avant d'entrer et encore payer 200€ pour le dépôt de garantie qui n'est pas encore remboursé 48h après son départ. Dommage que ce soit une société propriétaire, trésorerie avant tout.
